In 2004 Katie Holmes played the First Daughter on the big screen and in 2011 she will be playing the First Lady on the small screen. Mrs Tom Cruise will be playing one of the most famous Mrs in the 20th century…First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy. She will be starring in The Kennedys along with Greg Kinnear as JFK in the 8-hour mini-series on The History Channel. According to Variety, “The Kennedys will explore the personal relationships between the Kennedy clan — including John’s and Bobby’s tumultuous relationship with their father.”
I know that people are saying can she pull it off? It is The History Channel their programing is boring and she can nail that. Part of me wants to watch because I love learning about The Kennedys, but then the other part of me is going that will be an 8-hour snoozefest so why waste that amount space on my DVR.

Katie Holmes went out in a thin gray sweatshirt that left little to the imagination. I don’t know what it is but her boobs are totally looking weird through that shirt. You don’t mean to look, but how can you notice that it looks like she has a boob growing on top of her breasts.
There are two things that are always reliable with Tom Cruise and his movies, first he will play the same character in every one of them and second he will be seen running in the trailer to promote it. Yesterday during Dancing with the Stars they debuted the trailer for his upcoming movie with Cameron Diaz, Knight and Day. After watching it all I have to say is too bad the sun rose on this movie and hopefully the sun will set very quickly after it comes out because it looks like a major dud! Even though he has had success with the Mission Impossible franchise, I still don’t see him as an action hero. If I needed him to save my life, I would look around for someone else before I looked at him to do it.
Katie Holmes latest flick The Romantics looks like a straight-to-DVD movie that you rent to watch on a rainy Saturday afternoon, but not a movie you would want to spend $14 on. Maybe it was the way trailer was edited, but it looked really boring to me. Even Josh Duhamel wasn’t eye candy enough for me to want to go to see this movie. Do you want to see it?

Katie Holmes and her daughter braved the NYC snow storm to go make up shopping and as we can see in those pictures Suri Cruise couldn’t wait to get her coat off and she her mom which lip gloss she wanted. I wish I was makeup savvy like her at her age, but all my mom got me was something from the Tinkerbell collection.
BTW remember last year when we all criticized The Cruises for not dressing Suri in coat? Now we can see she was the one who didn’t want to wear one and what Suri wants, she gets.
