It would be criminal to miss Major Crimes and Murder in the First
June 9th, 2014 under TNT/TBS/TCM. [ Comments: none ]

Major Crimes is back on TNT tonight at 9p and you will never guess what happens next in this thrilling episode. A father and his two kids go missing when his wife is out of town, and no one knows what happened to them. His wife becomes the main suspect because blood was found in their home. But why would she kill her husband and 2 young kids? And where are they? The answers to these questions will have you gasping as you find out what really happened. So tune into find out.

Then at 10p, stay on TNT to watch Stephen Bochco’s newest crime drama, Murder in the First.
SFPD homicide detectives Terry English (Taye Diggs) and Hildy Mulligan (Kathleen Robertson) are called to investigate the shooting death of a man, and find out his last email was asking for money from Erich Blunt (Tom Felton), who is a young Silicon Valley prodigy and multimillionaire. At first they think that the connection is random, but turns out the two men know each other. Since they have a past, he becomes their prime suspect. Especially after his personal stewardess that Blunt just fired, also winds up murdered.
Is he the one who killed them both? Or is it Blunt’s good friend and pilot, Bill Wilkerson (Steven Weber)? Or maybe even his lawyer, David Hertzberg (Richard Schiff) was the one who did it? We will just have tune in each week to this series event find out. This is not a crime of the week show, it a show about one crime.
The mystery is so good, that only one person has properly guessed who it is. That one person is a homicide detective who consults for the show. No one else but him has guessed who it is and believe me many have tried. So if you think you know who committed the crime, you are probably wrong. And who doesn’t love a good mystery? I know I do, and this well written, brilliantly acted show is a good mystery and so much more.

Angie Harmon shared a picture of herself with her newest stand in on Rizzoli & Isles and I am not sure if they really look like her. I can’t put my finger on it, but she has something they don’t.
Do you think they look like her?

The Numbers Game explains things and The Safecrackers open things!
March 24th, 2014 under National Geographic, TNT/TBS/TCM. [ Comments: none ]

The Numbers Game debuts on Nat Geo TV tonight at 9:30p and you don’t want to miss the show that will blow you away.
Tonight’s episode is what makes a hero? Did you know that someone who volunteers an hour a week is more likely to help someone in need than someone who doesn’t? If a person fell at a restaurant which patron would help them first, someone dining solo or in a group? Then next week they look in to why we can so easily be suckered. It is a little tips that you will get from this episode that will help you not get suckered again.
I like a show that makes learning fun and that is exactly what The Numbers Game does every week on Nat Geo at 9:30p. And if you want science to be fun, then watch None of the Above at 9p.

Then at 10p turn the dial over the TruTV for The Safecrackers. Phil Crawford, one of America’s leading safecrackers, and his best buddy, Blaze, travel the country and open safes and the likes that haven’t been opened in decades. You never know what is inside one until you open it. Will it be gold, money or smoking pipes? You will just have to tune into find out.
