The night starts off at 7:30p with Bob’s Burger and Bob is a lot less hairy. Since we last saw him he has been losing weight and hair off of his upper lip. When he thinks of shaving it off, Linda admits that it was her mustache that attracted him to her and that is why she fell in love with him. So their kids say it was fate that he had it when they met and that is why they are together today. Then they come up with different wacky stories proving their theory.
Will their made up tales convince their dad to keep his mustache or will he shave it off hearing them?

Then at 8p, it is time for The Simpsons and the most talked about episode of the summer. Homer and Marge are separated and they are dating other people. Will they get back together or are they forever over like Kermit and Miss Piggy? It is a surprise ending you don’t want to miss.
Then at 9:30p, The Last Man on Earth is back and so is Phil’s beard. Carol (Kristen Schaal) and Phil (Will Forte) have been touring the country for the last few months and they have settled in the White House. When Carol tells him it doesn’t feel like home, they decide to look for another place to live. Where will they go next since the whole world is their oyster. Well everywhere but Tuscon that is. Will they make it back there to see the other last humans on Earth or will they just spend it with each other? You just have to tune in to find out.
Spoiler alert, next week’s episode ends with the biggest surprise in the show’s run and this show is all about surprises. So imagine how huge it is. Think you know, tell me what you think it is and if you guess right, I might tell you.
The Simpsons won’t be back on Fox for another 2 months, but they couldn’t wait until then to make fun of Donald Trump. Probably because he will be out of the election by then.
The minute and a half bit starts off with someone paying Homer Simpson to cheer on Trump at the launching of his Presidential campaign. Then as Homer is screaming his name, he is accidentally pushed on to the escalator right behind the mogul. What would you do if you were standing behind Trump? You would totally study his combover and that’s exactly what he did. Since The Simpsons is a cartoon, Homer is sucked into Trump’s hair and truths are revealed. Not only do they have fun with that, they also poke fun at all the people who have dumped the Trump.
If this is what we can expect from The Simpsons this season, I say bring it on! I want more of that, just like Donald Trump wants more money, more votes and more wives who are immigrants.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R1SFqYD9ZPg Remember when Harry Shearer said he was leaving The Simpsons? Well Fox just announced that his voice will back on the long running sitcom. So all of that hoopla was over nothing.
Personally, I think they should’ve hired the actor in the video above. No one would know the difference. If they can replace Elmo, they can replace anyone.
The show’s Executive Producer Al Jean Tweeted this comment about Shearer’s return, “I would like to clear up a misunderstanding. I have recently been told that during a period where Harry Shearer believed he had a five week free period from the Simpsons, I was unaware of this fact, and did in fact request material from him. If so, my bad. I am truly glad he is returning to the show.”
He makes millions of dollars and he wants 5 weeks off? Screw that. How many hard working Americans, who barely make money to feed their families, only get a week off? This guy who speaks into a microphone needs five weeks off. I say he needs to give some of that money charity. When was the last time you heard any of those Simpsons voices donating money? All you ever hear is about them wanting more, more, more. What do they need it for? Tell me that and maybe I will side with them. But for now, I once again say replace them and give the job to people who will work for less money and appreciate the opportunity. There are plenty of people who would die for the chance, so let them have it.

There have been several rumors over the last month that Homer and Marge Simpson were legally separating on the season premiere of The Simpsons, and now the two of them are addressing their breakup. Or should I say lack of one because they wanted to let us know that if they have been together this long and gone through the things that they have gone through, then they are going to be together forever. And we are all OK with that!
The Simpson‘s Executive Producer, Al Jean, did an interview with Variety and he said something that has people going crazy. When he was asked what we can expect from the animated sitcom’s 27th season, he told them, “In the premiere, it’s discovered after all the years Homer has narcolepsy and it’s an incredible strain on the marriage. Homer and Marge legally separate, and Homer falls in love with his pharmacist, who’s voiced by Lena Dunham.” Well, the news got everyone talking and people are not happy that The Simpsons are splitting up.
So Bart Simpson took the blackboard today to let people know what’s really going on with his parents, “HOMER AND MARGE ARE NOT SPLITTING UP!”
True fans of the show, could pretty much assume that the legal separation will only last for one episode. Chances are by the end of the premiere, Homer and Marge will get back together, just like they have done in the past. So don’t have a cow, man!
If you want to be upset about anything, it’s the fact that Lena Dunham is going to be on the episode. On a positive note, at least she keeps her clothes on…or does she???
