|  Gene Simmons has spoken out against rock legend Ozzy Osbourne and his family. The Kiss star said that he was tired of him and his family being compared to the Osbournes, after also granting television cameras access to all areas of his family life. He said: "My family is more structured and they behave properly. "My kids don’t take drugs, they’re well mannered and properly disciplined and I don’t go letting dogs poop on the carpet. "I’m not a drug addict, in fact I’ve never been drunk, don’t smoke, have never taken drugs and never will." When asked why he and long-term partner Shannon Tweed were not married, Simmons replied, "Shannon and I have been happily unmarried for 23 years. I lead my life my way. I am the Alpha male and what I say goes."

|  Tickets to the 2007 edition of Ozzfest will be free, organizers said today (Feb. 6). The 25-date tour will begin July 7 in Los Angeles; details have yet to be announced regarding distribution of tickets. The event, which will be headlined by Ozzy Osbourne, will be underwritten by a host of sponsorship deals. "For the last few years, ticket prices have steadily climbed as artists demand more and more money for summer tours," says tour creator Sharon Osbourne. "We certainly want everybody to make money; however, we also want the kids to be able to afford to come out and have an incredible experience. If we continued with the traditional touring festival model, we would have no choice but to raise ticket prices again this year." Ozzfest will visit such cities as San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, Denver, Albuquerque, N.M., Phoenix, Dallas, San Antonio, Kansas City, Mo., St Louis, Chicago, Indianapolis, Columbus, Pittsburgh, Pa., New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Hartford, Conn., Charlotte, N.C., Atlanta, West Palm Beach, Fla., and Nashville. Besides Osbourne, the rest of the lineup is still coming together.

Good for them! They are so right that concert ticket prices are way too high and most people can’t afford to go shows anymore. Sure concert sales are about the same as they have always been, but tickets sales keep going down and down. Hopefully the music industry will take note of this tour and lower ticket prices!!!

|  Sharon Osbourne is holding a tag sale with the $10 entry fee benefiting The Sharon Osbourne Colon Cancer Program at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. "Sharon Osbourne is cleaning house and is holding a sale of her fabulous designer clothing, handbags, shoes and accessories," the email reads. The sale will take place this Saturday and Sunday in West Hollywood. "Most items are brand-new, complete with tags!" according to the email. Designers include Dolce & Gabbana, Chloe, Stella McCartney, Marc Jacobs, Prada, Hermès, Chanel, Gucci, Manolo Blahnik, Jimmy Choo, Lanvin, Louis Vuitton, among many others. As for sizes, the clothing ranges from 2 to 10 and the shoes from 7 to 8. A rep for Osbourne confirmed the sale will take place this weekend.

 Ozzy Osbourne has been worrying about his son, Jack, who is filming a new police reality TV show. The rocker was terrified Jack might get shot when he revealed he was venturing out on a night shift. Ozzy said: "Jack’s doing a new show where he’s working at a police academy. I spoke to him recently just as he was putting on a bullet-proof vest for his night shift. "I told him if they start shooting he should hide behind the biggest guy and duck." Ozzy also revealed that while children Jack and Kelly are always welcome to come and visit since they left home, Kelly is not so keen to invite Ozzy over to her house. Ozzy said: "I like it there. And then she told me not to get too comfortable because I wouldn’t be invited again.

That is so cute! But I am sure Ozzy would have nothing to worry about because if shots were fired, Jack would hide behind the biggest guy and duck!

Simon Cowell is considering whether to axe Sharon Osbourne from X Factor. The 47-year-old, who created the talent show’s format for ITV, is still furious with Sharon for getting involved in a bust-up with Chris Tarrant in front of shocked audience members last month. He also believes that Osbourne’s comments in the third series were not witty or memorable enough to warrant her huge salary. "I have never seen Simon so angry as he was after Sharon’s row with Chris," a show source told The People. "Despite his image, Simon hates rude behaviour. "He has become increasingly disappointed with both Louis and Sharon. He wants X Factor judges to come out with comments that viewers will remember. He feels they could do better on the show and it could be time for a change." Osbourne’s future on the show was previously questioned following her tirade against Steve Brookstein in the series one final.
