https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nQdg8357_y4 Imaginary Mary makes its real debut tonight at 8:30p on ABC, and you want to check out the latest sitcom from The Goldberg’s Adam F Goldberg.
Alice (Jenna Elfman) is a workaholic Sport Public Relations Guru who never wanted kids. Then she meets and falls in love with a man (Stephen Schneider) with who has 3 of them. Now, she has to try to get to know the kids she doesn’t want from the man she does want.
How will she do it? With the help from her old friend, who got her through her childhood, Imaginary Mary. She is a smart talking imaginary friend who is not the person, or should I say friend, you want to have help you out.
Alice is not the girl she used to be, so she listens but does not always take Mary’s advice. Which is good because not all of it works on Ben’s kids. There’s rebellious teenager (Matreya Scarrwener) and she will be the hardest one to break. Wannabe Andy (Nicholas Coombe) who needs help to become a man, and Alice will be that person. Not in a sexual way, but toughening him up. Finally, there is sweet little Bunny (Erica Tremblay) who immediately falls in love with Alice. But is that enough?
It will be a learning curve for the 6 of them, but as long as they have each other it will all work out. Just like this show that makes you want to watch it with your imaginary friend. Admit it we all have one and they have been waiting for something to watch with you since Drop Dead Fred.
Back in the ’80somethings kids and teens were in love with The Karate Kid. Most of us were Daniel sons, while others were Johnnys. Tonight at 8p on ABC’s The Goldbergs, you will see the whole family become them.
The other Adam Goldberg (Oliver Cooper) at Adam F Goldberg’s (Sean Giambrone) school wants his name back and threatens our Adam to give it back to him. The other Adam challenges our Adam to a fight and Barry (Troy Gentile) comes up with a brilliant idea for them to battle it out at school. That idea is for the two of them to do Kara-te like they do in The Karate Kids movie. Only problem is our Adam doesn’t know how to do it. Luckily Barry knows a Mr Miyago who can help him out. Will it be enough for our Adam to keep his name. What will happen when Bev (Wendi McLendon-Covey) finds out about the match?
Then there is Erica (Hayley Orrantia) and Geoff (Sam Lerner), who are still trying to figure things out after they shared that passionate kiss. Will they become the couple they are meant to be? Let’s just say they realize they have more in common with one of the actors from The Karate Kid than they thought. Will that help them make their decision?
One decision that is easy, is tuning into The Goldbergs is always the right thing to do!
Make sure not to tune of the episode after we get see the real Barry do his Kara-te because there is a nice surprise for Karate Kids fans at the very end!

Lainey (AJ Michalka) wants Barry (Troy Gentile) to go Punk and he does. But tonight at 8p on ABC’s The Goldbergs you will see he is too nice to take on that hard core image. Because of that you will be laughing hysterically with him as he completely changes up his image.
Then there is Adam (Sean Giambrone), who watches his childhood friend, RD Robb, make his acting debut in A Christmas Story. Robb’s mother is his hometown’s talent manager and Bev (Wendi McLendon-Covey) knows her. Thus, Adam asks his mom to help him get his acting reel to Edie (Susie Essman) and see if she will take him on as a client. Bev wants her son to be a star, so she does it. Only problem is Bev thinks her son is a Swayze and Edie thinks he is a nerd. Will that difference kill Adam’s acting career before it even started? What will Bev do to change Edie’s mind?
Finally, there is Erica (Hayley Orrantia) and she feels like her dad doesn’t know anything about her. She is right. Pops (George Segal) tell Murray (Jeff Garlin) that Erica has a crush on Geoff Schwartz (Sam Lerner) and her dad tries to make a love connection between the two. Only problem is he tells the wrong boy who also has a crush on Erica. What happens next will have you laughing because she gets Top Gunned. Then what happens after that will leave you applauding. Then what happens after that will make you want to call your dad and tell him you love him!
Tonight’s The Goldbergs is the best one of the season. It is so full of love you will just want to hug it. It is one of those episodes that leaves you feeling good for days to come.
And make sure to watch it all the way through for a really nice surprise!!!

Before Jeff Garlin called his kids morons on The Goldbergs, he acted like one in Spring Break. What a cute butt the 20 year old had in that 1983 movie!
Beverly Goldberg flew from Philadelphia to Los Angeles to see her son Adam Goldberg. Not only did she get to see him, she also got to see herself. Well, at least the self of her that we all see every Wednesday at 8p on ABC.
Not dissing Wendi McLendon-Covey, but the real Beverly Goldberg is so beautiful and youthful looking that she could’ve easily player herself on the show.
