Get a free cup of coffee from Starbucks on Monday
February 7th, 2025 under Fast Food, Starbucks, Super Bowl. [ Comments: none ]

Nearly a third of the country is going to stay up late on Sunday night to watch the Super Bowl, which means they are going to wake up tired on Monday.

Therefore, they are going to need a pick me up, and Starbucks has their backs. The coffee shop is giving away a free tall hot or iced brewed coffee.

All you have to do is download their app, become a Rewards member by 11:59p on February 9th, and then apply the Starbucks Monday coupon to your order. After you have done all of that, go to a Starbucks of your choice and pick up your coffee!

If you also had too much alcohol to drink during the big game, then go to Carl’s Jr. and get your free Hangover Burger.

I wonder, who else will be giving away free food on Monday? Because I will need dessert to go with my iced coffee and burger.

No more free ride at Starbucks
January 14th, 2025 under Fast Food, Starbucks. [ Comments: 1 ]

For the last few years, Starbucks has had an open-door policy. That meant that you were able to sit in the coffee shop or use the bathroom without purchasing anything. But that will no longer be the case starting on January 27th.

Starbucks now says, “We want to ensure our spaces are prioritized for use by our customers. Our Coffeehouse Code of Conduct is something most retailers have and is designed to provide clarity that our spaces – including our cafes, patios and restrooms – are for use by customers and partners.”

So, if you want to use the wireless or toilet for free, that is no longer the case. You are going to have to order something in order to use their facilities.

“We want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable in our stores,” Starbucks spokesperson Jaci Anderson said. “By setting clear expectations for behavior and use of our spaces, we can create a better environment for everyone.”

Well, everyone who pays!

It’s Pumpkin Spice time at Starbucks
August 22nd, 2024 under Fast Food, Starbucks. [ Comments: none ]

We might be sweating our asses off because of the summer heat, but Starbucks has already transitioned to Fall.

Today, the coffee shop started selling their Pumpkin Spice themed items.

The Pumpkin Spice Latte is back for its 20th year, and it is not alone. The Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai, the Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato, and the Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso are also back. Joining the drink menu is the New Iced Apple Crisp Nondairy Cream Chai.

“We are excited to introduce the new Iced Apple Crisp Nondairy Cream Chai to our customers,” said Rosalyn Batingan, Starbucks beverage developer. “This beverage perfectly captures the taste and feeling of fall. We have combined creamy oatmilk with notes of cinnamon, clove and other warm baking spices from our chai tea to compliment the layered flavors of apple, cinnamon and brown sugar which are infused into the nondairy cold foam topping.”

I don’t know about you, but I know where I am getting my tea tomorrow morning.

It’s Pumpkin Spice time at Starbucks
August 23rd, 2023 under Fast Food, Starbucks. [ Comments: none ]

Some people think that Christmastime is the best time of the year. But not me. I love the Fall because of Halloween, Pumpkin Spice, and Halloween.

To get me more in the mood after this weekend’s Hurriquake, Starbucks announced that their Fall menu will come out tomorrow. This year’s lineup includes two new seasonal beverages, Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte, as well as the new Baked Apple Croissant. Returning customer favorites include Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato, Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin, and Owl Cake Pop.

And there is one more drink you can order, but it is only available at the Starbucks reserve. And that drink is the Pumpkin Spice Latte, which turns 20 this year. The coffee giant isn’t waiting for it to turn 21 to introduce alcoholic beverages for the season. Adults can also get a Pumpkin Spice Whiskey Barrel-Aged Iced Latte or a Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini.

There is something on their menu for everyone to enjoy. But don’t wait too long to go to the coffee franchise because all of the above is only available for a limited time.

Starbucks is already in the holiday spirit
November 2nd, 2022 under Fast Food, Starbucks. [ Comments: none ]

We are not even 72 hours into the month of November, and Starbucks has already declared it is Christmastime. Therefore, starting tomorrow, you can buy their holiday drinks in one of their festive cups.

Those cups are:

Gift-Wrapped Magic
Wavy ribbons and shimmering sparkles give this red and green cup a magical vibe, all wrapped up like the perfect gift.

Frosted Sparkle
Retro starbursts and diamond shapes adorn on this frosty mint green cup for a merry moment of holiday joy.

Ornament Wonder
Designers started with the iconic white Starbucks cup and wrapped it in a delicate micro-pattern of colorful holiday motifs like festive ornaments.

Cozy Evergreen
This bold red cup features white evergreen trees in a graphic pattern, sure to warm the hands and the heart on a cold winter’s day.

What can you put in them besides their regular coffee and tea drinks? This season you can pick from Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Toasted White Chocolate Mocha, and Chestnut Praline Latte. If you are like me and prefer a cold drink, then we can choose between the Iced Sugar Cookie Almondmilk Latte and Irish Cream Cold Brew.

With all of that to choose from, I am going to be spending a lot of time at Starbucks. Too bad there isn’t one on almost every street to make it easier to dine at one.

BTW Can you believe it has been 25 since this holiday tradition started?
