Last week Jimmy Kimmel Live introduced me to a show called Repo Games. The Spike TV show sends a Repo guy to people’s houses whose cars are about to be repossessed. The Repo guy tells the car’s owner that they can play Repo Games to keep their automobile. The game goes if they get 3 out of 5 questions correct they get to keep their car and all expenses are paid off. If they get 3 wrong, they lose their wheels.
Even though I think the concept of the show is deplorable, I still decided to check it. And as embarrassed as I am to admit, I actually enjoy the show.
Well during this week’s episode the Repo guy went Douglas’ (who likes to now go as Druless) house and all I can think is that he looks Bradley Cooper with braided pigtails. Don’t you think that Drugless Douglass can be The Hangover actor’s doppelgänger? Especial when Drugless is hungover?
Now back to Repo Games, watch that clip and don’t tell me this show that airs on Spike TV Tuesday nights at 10 and 10:30p is not going to be your latest addiction. As shameful as it, it will easily become a guilty pleasure that you won’t tell anybody about.
Fast Times at Ridgemont High is a rite of passage movie for boys and to celebrate that Spike TV is inducting the movie in to the Guy Movie Hall of Fame at the Guy’s Choice awards! Sean Penn (Jeff Spicoli), Judge Reinhold (Brad Hamilton), Robert Romanus (Mike Damone), Brian Backer (Mark ‘Rat’ Ratner), Forest Whitaker (Charles Jefferson ) and director Amy Heckerling (Clueless and Look’s Who Talking) will get together for their 29 year reunion on June 10th! Yes this movie had three (including Nicolas Cage) future Oscar winners in it.
Sadly according to Inside TV, Jennifer Jason Lee is busy with a play in NY and Phoebe Cates is unavailable. Hopefully Spike TV can convince the women to change their plans and come out to the show. Could you imagine what a coo it would be for them if they could get Mrs Kevin Kline to come out in a red bikini? I am sure a lot of boys, who used that scene like Brad Hamilton did, would really appreciate because she hasn’t aged a day since the movie came out in 1982!
Sadly another person who will not be joining them, Ray Walston aka Mr Hand passed away in 2001. You know he will be yelling at Spicoli from above on that big night!
Up until I got the e-mail about Spike’s show Auction Hunters, I never knew that they auctioned off storage units. Well now that I have seen the season premiere of the episode that airs tonight at 10p, I want to bid on one. Tonight they go to Miami and win two storage units. But the real treasures are inside them and you will never believe what they find. Someone’s loss is their find and they make over $7,000 selling what they found. Not a bad deal for a day’s work.
I seriously can’t tell you much this show inspired me to go to a storage auction because buried underneath all the sh!t were so golden items and I want to experience what they did. So tune into Auction Hunters tonight and every Tuesday night at 10p to see what wanted items they find under all the unwanted crap!
Tonight at 10:30p Spike TV is going to debut Charlie Sheen’s Winningest Moments. The 30 minute special will air some of his greatest moments Taiwanese animation style. Some of Hollywood’s greatest scandals from the last few years have been told via Taiwanese animation style and if any one them really needed this treatment it is the Malibu’s Messiah’s.
There have been so many “winning!” moments over the last few weeks from the former-Two and a Half Men star, I can’t wait to see what Spike TV does with all of them tonight at 10:30p. So here’s my drinking game for Charlie Sheen’s Winningest Moments, every time he says “winning!” take sip of Tiger’s Blood! Oh and if you are a guy, you might want to call a goddess or two to come over and watch it with you at your own personal Sober Valley Lodge!!!
Sandra Bullock is back and she looks f*cking fabulous!!! The Proposal star got a proposal she couldn’t refuse, because Spike honored her with the Troops Choice award at their annual Guys Choice Awards. This is her first appearance since we found out her soon-to-be ex-husband cheated on her and Sandra being Sandra joked about it. She said, “Let’s be honest here, just for a moment. We’re all going to be honest, right? Did I win this for being entertainer of the year, or did I win this because of the spectacular I.E.D. [improvised explosive device] explosion that became my personal life?” The audience chimed in and let her know it is because of her talent! Except for her cheating ex, this is her year and she so deserved that award! And Jesse James deserves to see her in that body hugging leather dress because he needs to know what he is missing out on. And we know how much he likes women in leather. Take that!
