Matt LeBlanc is coming back to TV on January 9th in Showtime’s Episodes and I so can’t wait to see this show! Seriously how funny does the show look just from that trailer. The best part of it is that Joey is on the joke. If you can’t laugh at yourself, who can you laugh at?
Well I won’t only be laughing with that Friend come the new year because at some point ABC will decide to announce when Matthew Perry’s Mr Sunshine will debut and I will be laughing at/with him too.
I never thought I would say this, but the comedies I have really been looking forward to since the summer are two shows that star two ex-Friends with Matt in their names! Go Joey and Chandler!!!
Emmy winner Ton Collette is expecting her second child next year with her husband of seven years Dave Galafassi according to People. The two already have a daughter Sage Florence, 2½.
No word if her pregnancy will be written into the third season of The United States of Tara. Every season so far there has been at least one real-life pregnancy with the show. Toni was pregnant the first season, show creator Diablo Cody the season and now the star again. If I were Diablo and the Showtime picks up the show for a fourth season, I would prepare for her second baby!
Tonight at 9p on Showtime Dexter picks up exactly where it left off and Dexter’s life will never be the same. The first two episodes of the season deal with him trying to deal with the loss of his wife, but by the third episode Dexter is slowly returning to his normal murderous self.
I don’t want to tell you too much about what is going to happen because you need to experience the episodes as they happen, but what I will tell you is they are very powerful and heart wrenching as Dexter tries to life without his wife.

We have known Madeline Zima as a brunette ever since she was a little girl on The Nanny, and now we are seeing the Californication actress as a blonde. I am not sure why the Heroes star finally changed up her hair color, but I think it looks great on her. She looks good with her natural color or the lighter version of it.
The Big C premieres on Showtime tonight at 10p and you are not going to want to miss this series that is something to clap about. Laura Linney plays a suburban mom and teacher who finds out she has stage 4 cancer and opts not to get treatment. She handles it by not telling anyone including her husband who she separates from when she hears the news, her teenage son and her homeless brother. Instead she keeps her diagnosis to herself, and she finds the strength to no longer give a sh!t what anybody thinks about her and tells people exactly what she thinks about them. That includes her rebellious son, an overweight student and her miserable neighbor. Those interactions are so brilliantly delivered by Linney that I can’t think of anyone else executing them as well as her. Gaboiurey Sidibe is great as an overweight student that Linney finds an interesting way to get her to lose weight. The two will form a bond that will have you laughing and also touching your heart. As unlikable as Phyllis Somerville tries to be as the mean old neighbor, you can’t help but like her. Oliver Platt is sweet as Linney’s estranged husband. Reid Scott is awwwdorable as her doctor and you will totally want him to check out your boobs, but that comes in a later episode. So you are not going to want to miss that and many of the other great moments on The Big C every Monday at 10:30p on Showtime.
The Big C will quickly become your latest addiction just like pot! Well that is my way of segueing into the fact that Weeds is back on Showtime tonight at 10p and picks up right where it left off. What will Nancy and Shane do now that Pilar is left floating in the pool after getting hit in the head with a croquet mallet? Tonight’s episode deals with the consequences and an ending you will never see coming and will change everything up!
