I guess the original Batman Adam West is really hurting for money because Funny or Die caught him holding a garage sale outside the Bat Cave. Seriously, how sad is it to see the TV icon selling off his Batman memorabilia like that. I think we need to petition Seth MacFarlane to give his Family Guy mayor a raise, so he can afford to eat Arbys.
Guys, I am sincerely depressed because this is the second TV icon to hold a garage sale. The other one was Eight is Enough, Charles in Charge and Zapped’s Willie Aames.
I remember hearing the writers of Family Guy tell how they to sneak jokes past Fox’s Programming and Standards in order to get them to air. And every now and again, I wonder what or who they had to do to get a certain joke on the show. So now I am wondering what they had to do get the joke that starts on :30 in on the air. Did they leave a horse’s head under the Programming and Standards’ sheets?
BTW did you all get the joke? I thought it was brilliant because it is so wrong and somewhere I never thought they or anyone would go.
Tonight on Family Guy, Seth MacFarlane brought the cast of Star Trek: The Next Generation (Patrick Stewart, Levar Burton, Gates McFadden, Michael Dorn, Wil Wheaton, Denise Crosby, Marina Sirtis, Brent Spiner and Jonathan Frakes) together again for a very special reunion! I can’t wait to see how it all turns out on Fox at 9p because knowing what fanatics the Family Guy writers are this is going to be brilliant.
Michael Ausiello has an amazing scoop, Family Guy’s Stewie will guest star on two episodes of Bones in May!!! So how will a cartoon character appear on a human show? Booth is going to suffer a head injury and this is how it is going to play out on the witty Fox show?
The cartoon cameo will be limited to Boreanaz. “We were never going to have Stewie just walk into the lab and start talking to everybody — that would be a bald and shameless crossover,” Nathan adds with a laugh. “It was always conceived to be a realistic hallucination… one that would lead us to what we wanted to do with Booth and Brennan.”
In case you’ve been living under a rock without Wi-Fi, what they want to do is get the two detectives in bed having sex in the May 14 season finale — an event Nathan assures me will “not be a hallucination.” But first, Brennan will ask Booth to father her child on May 7, a request that leads to Stewie’s first of two appearances. “Stewie will be in the sperm donation room with Booth,” explains Nathan, who says Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane will sign off on all of Stewie’s dialogue. “Whatever Seth wants to do is fine. As far as I’m concerned Stewie can sing!”
OMG! This has totally blown my mind with awesomeness!!! Is it May yet? Is it? Is it? Is it??? I can’t wait that long!!!
I so love Seth MacFarlane and this song confirms that love and just in time for Valentine’s Day! His line about Angelina Jolie at the end will make you laugh out loud so make sure to listen all the way through. Because chances are you won’t hear it when the song airs on Fox’s Talk Show with Spike Feresten this Saturday or V-Day at 11p!!!
And sadly for him, but good for me he is single again on the day of love!
