Crowded is so crowded tonight that NBC gave the sitcom the full 9p hour! That’s right, you get twice as much laughs with the Empty Nesters stuck in a full house with their whole family.
Martina (Carrie Preston) is counseling a mother (Betty White) and daughter (Jane Leeves), who hate each other, and the two women become part of her life. The mother takes care of Martina’s sick husband, Mike (Patrick Warburton) and that makes him miss his mother who walked out on him when he was 7 years old.
Not only does White rub her hands all over Mike, she wants to rub her hands all over his dad (Stacy Keach). She tells him that his wife (Carlease Burke) is not going to Bible Study, but instead she is cheating on him. Is she? Wait until you find out what she is really doing.
White is also offering relationship advice to Mike and Martina’s younger daughter, Shea (Miranda Cosgrove), who a lot of chemistry with her internship partner. Can the microbiologists keep the flame extinguished?
Meanwhile, Leeves is helping Mike and Martina’s oldest daughter, Stella (Mia Serafino), work on her British accent for an audition. In turn, Stella is giving her a much needed makeover so she can start dating again.
Back to Mike, having someone mother over him, makes him want his own mother back. That gets us into the second episode, where the ladies in his life try to find her. When they do, they discover that she is one of those crazy cat ladies who hoards (Carol Kane). How will they make her presentable to reconnect with the son she hasn’t seen in 40 years?
You just have to watch this hour of so many laughs, your stomach will be hurting for 2 hours.

Last week, when we left off on Last Man on Earth, Tandy (Will Forte) had a new look. The left side of his head was completely shaved off because his younger brother, Mike (Jason Sudeikis), played a prank on him. Tonight’s episode on Fox at 9:30p is all about revenge.
Tandy will try to prank his brother, but no matter what he does, Mike seems one step ahead of him. Will Tandy ever get his revenge? Will the last two siblings on Earth make up? You have to tune into this highlarious episode to find out.

The Devil comes to Grimm…

It seems like Grimm has taken on many demonic Wesen’s throughout the years, but are they about to meet the Devil, himself tonight at 9p on NBC?
A traveling Preacher (William Mapother) comes to town and says he is possessed by the Devil. He then transforms into the Satan and says he will cast away all the bad spirits of his parishioners. When he is done casting out the all of the negativity, he returns to his human form. His Demonic transformation is so intense that he does not allow cameras in his tent because people on the outside won’t be able to handle it. But when someone records his possession, the Preacher’s security guards go after him. When one of them confronts the guy who videotaped it, they get into a fight and the guard was left for dead. Now it is up to Nick (David Giuntoli), Hank (Russell Hornsby) and Wu (Reggie Lee) to find his killer and what is going on with the Preacher. Not everything is at seems and it is a real battle between good and evil.
On that note, what is going on with Captain Renard. He is still running for Mayor, but Eve (Bitsie Tulloch), Nick, Hank, Wu, Rosalee (Bree Turner) and Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) are all suspicious of him. Is he siding with Black Claw?
Then there’s Wu and we are starting to see the effects from the scratch he got a few weeks ago.
But the biggest revelation comes at the end of the episode. It answers one question and then asks another.
Just when you think that Grimm can’t get any better, it does.

Things are not looking grimm for Grimm!
April 5th, 2016 under Sean Hayes. [ Comments: none ]

NBC announced today that Grimm will be back for a 6th season! I wonder what Grimm fairy tales they will take on next year? And then I wonder what is left because they have already done some my favorite nightmare inducing stories already.
But Grimm is more than that, they also know how to perfectly mix the monster of the week with the mythology. So you have to wonder who will be the evil guy next season?

Tonight’s Grimm on NBC at 9p has a shocking ending that you do not want to miss.
A man gets into an accident, in a remote area of the woods, as the sun sets, on the night of a full moon, and wakes up the next day, full of blood, without any memory of what happened. Nick (David Giuntoli), Hank (Russell Hornsby) and Wu (Reggie Lee) investigate what happened to him.
When they find out that he has 2 other blood types on his shirt, they call in Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) and Rosalee (Bree Turner) to help them out. Monroe uses his power of scent and they find two bodies that have been mauled deep in the woods. Monroe comes to the conclusion that they are dealing with a Lycanthrope which is like a werewolf. Now they are all convinced that that man is the Lycanthrope, but is he? Can they stop the Lycanthrope before they kill again?
Meanwhile back in Downtown Portland, Renard (Sasha Roiz) and Adalind (Claire Coffee) meet up to talk about getting Diana back. Will she reveal to him that her powers are returning?
Renard has something else to worry about, but he doesn’t know it yet. Eve formerly known as Juliette (Bitsie Tulloch) is on to Black Claw’s plan for him, but how much does she know?
And then, there’s the headline I wrote, what does that mean? All I will tell you is that you don’t want to miss the final scene of this very suspenseful well done episode. Then come back after the show, so we can talk about what just happened to…

Patrick Warburton loves having a Crowded house at home!

Patrick Warburton plays a father, whose daughters moved out and his parents are about to move to Florida. But then when both girls suddenly move home at the same time and his parents decide to stay, his empty home is once again Crowded.
On the NBC sitcom that airs Sundays at 9:30p, he was looking forward to the empty nest. In real life does the father of four feel the same way? Recently, when I visited the set he told me, “Not anxiously awaiting. We’ve encouraged them to hang out. That’s why they’re all still there.” Then he added, “I was amused early on that they were calling the show Crowded. Not by my standards. We have four kids still at home. Our two eldest are in universities, one’s 10 minute from our house, Cal Lutheran; ones 20 minutes, Cal State Channel Islands, so they go to university and they live at home.”
How Crowded is his house? He revealed, “We have the four kids, we also have four dogs. There’s a boyfriend and a girlfriend that think they live at our house. Also, the in-laws lived with us all last year. My father-in-law was actually in hospice care in our house and he ended up passing last year. It was a blessing to be able to have him there.” Then he elaborated about how it was a blessing, “My wife has four sisters, there are five girls, my wife is the one who has been able to handle the passing of her father the most comfortably because she got to have him for that last year. Also, when you see the decline at the end, you realize it is a blessing when they pass. There he was surrounded by those he loved and who loved him. It is a great, grand way to go.”
The best way to find laughter after that sweet sentiment is to watch The Carmichael Show and Crowded tonight starting at 9p on NBC.
