 Marcia Cross is pregnant with her first child, her publicist confirms.The Desperate Housewives actress, 44, wasted no time starting a family after exchanging "I do’s" with first husband, 48-year-old stockbroker Tom Mahoney, on June 24. She is due in April, when Housewives will be wrapping production on Season 3.Producers were still deciding whether to incorporate Cross’ pregnancy into the storyline. In the Oct. 1 show, the second episode of the new season, the actress’ character, uptight Bree, will wed Kyle MacLachlan’s mysterious and potentially dangerous Orson. Season 3 of ABC’s Desperate Housewives premieres Sept. 24.

Numb3rs and former Rescue Me actress Diane Farr, 32, who readers may also remember as the "female on the couch" on Loveline in the late 90s, is expecting her first child. She married husband Seung Chung on June 24th. Numb3rs producers are unsure as to whether or not they will work the pregnancy into the show. Diane tells Us Weekly that she’s 11 weeks ago, making her due in mid-March.

Tween idol Jesse McCartney’s new pop album is appropriately titled "Right Where You Want Me." At an appearance Thursday morning in-studio at Star 94, the 19-year-old was right where Steve McCoy and Vikki Locke wanted him.At the center of a celebrity stork report.In an otherwise innocuous interview, McCartney disclosed that he is dating actress Katie Cassidy, daughter of baby boomer teen idol David Cassidy. He then spilled that his gal pal has been cast as Lucy Ewing in the big-screen adaptation of the 1970/1980s TV soap "Dallas."Then Locke inquired, "Oh, so I bet your girlfriend can give us the scoop on why Jennifer Lopez was fired from the movie?" Without thinking, McCartney replied, "She didn’t get fired. She’s pregnant."Oops. J-Lo and hubby Marc Anthony haven’t exactly made that news public yet.Locke reports that McCartney then looked nervously over at his female handler and quickly changed the subject."It was kind of a ‘Oops, what did I just do?’ moment," Locke told Buzz. "It quickly became ‘Can we just talk about the record?’ When the microphones were off, he just looked at the woman with him and asked, ‘Was I not supposed to say anything?""Right Where You Want Me" arrives in stores Sept. 19.McCoy and Locke will re-air the interview between 6 and 7 a.m. today.

So it is perhaps unsurprising that the model-turned-actress is to cash in on her eagerly awaited wedding later this year.While Elizabeth, 41, has remained coy about details of her forthcoming nuptials to businessman Arun Nayar, indicating in a recent interview only that it will be ‘very soon’, I can reveal that the star has negotiated a £2million deal with a glossy magazine to cover the cost of her big day. The couple, who are finally able to marry now that Arun has been granted a divorce from his ex-wife Valentina Pedroni, will be having two ceremonies, one in the UK and one abroad, and will receive £1million for each event.The first wedding, which will be a smaller, family affair, will take place at Elizabeth’s home in Gloucestershire and will be followed by a three-day extravaganza in India where Arun’s family live."Elizabeth confirmed the deal last week after a fierce bidding war with a rival publication," says my spy. "She’s not one to pass on a good deal and she and Arun will make a lot of money out of this.  Bryce Dallas Howard is expecting her first child with actor-husband Seth Gabel, the actress announced Tuesday at the British premiere of her movie, Lady in the Water."I can’t talk about the pregnancy too much," Howard, 25, said amid congratulations at the film opening. "I’m a little superstitious." When asked about his costar’s condition, Lady leading man Paul Giamatti replied jokingly, "I had nothing to do with it!" Howard and Gabel wed in June. The couple have been together for five years.
