It is very rare that we get to see what goes on behind closed doors when an actor and the studio pick the poster for their film together, but thanks to FunnyOrDie we are getting to see just that. Steve Carell let us in on his meeting on choosing one for Crazy Stupid Love and he was not happy with their original mock ups. He has in his contract that his head must be 20% larger than all the other stars in the shot with him and they had not done that. So it appears to me that the size of his face must be the same size of his ego.
Sorry I am still bitter because I saw another one of his box office bombs over the weekend and I am still not over how bad and unfunny Dinner for Schmucks is. He left The Office for a movie career, but I can’t remember the last time he did a watchable movie. Can you?

Shirley MacLaine and Jack Black were seen walking hand in hand at the Los Angeles Film Festival and I have to wonder if they have something to tell us? Nope it is just the two co-stars, who took the special friendship they had in their movie Bernie on the red carpet with them. But for a few minutes how much fun was it to think they really had something going because they make a cute couple.
BTW here is the two of them talking to Reuters about their movie that also stars Matthew McConaughey!
Zach Galifianakis’s latest victim, I mean celebrity guest, on his show Between Two Fern was his Funny Or Die boss Will Ferrell and let’s just say it went as well as all of his others. But unlike the other ones there was some yummy lip action going on between the two of them, which gives new meaning to kissing up to the boss.
And make sure to watch it all the way through for an ending that will have The Anchorman landing in the Hangover’s star crotch!!!
For weeks Will Ferrell has been threatening to shave Conan O’Brien’s beard and yesterday on Conan‘s TBS show he finally did it. That is the funniest thing I have seen the Elf do since, well that movie! Seriously who knew shaving can be so funny!
BTW good thing the fire crotch host is on cable because I don’t think they would’ve been able to show those Playboys from the ’70s on broadcast television!!!
Steve Carell episodes are numbered and to ease the pain, his Anchorman co-star Will Ferrell is going to guest star on the last 4 episodes of this season’s The Office. We will get to see the two of them together on NBC April 12th and just from that preview I can’t wait to see it. Hopefully Will will consider doing it for more than 4, you know like permanently? Afterall his movie career is going, well you know how it is going.
