This is the saddest post, I have posted in my 3 years of blogging. Michael Jackson passed away today at the age of 50 from a cardiac arrest. What more can I say, but what a true genius he was and I hope he is happy and free in heaven. Something he really never was here on this earth.
I just can’t say anymore, today is a sad sad sad day.

Farrah Fawcett lost her battle with anal cancer today at the age of 62 according to Extra. We first got to know Farrah for her beauty on Charlie’s Angels and then we watched her grow as an actress in her role in The Burning Bed. But it was her last role will leave us with her biggest legacy, her courageous battle with cancer. We watched as she was first diagnosed with the disease and we followed her as she fought it with all her might and then last month we saw her up close as she told her story of her nearly three year battle with cancer on NBC. She put on such a brave face, a beautiful face that will be remembered for its strength.
Heaven might have its angel, but we still have her mortal memories in her amazing body of work.

RIP the last Titanic Survivor
June 1st, 2009 under Obits. [ Comments: none ]

Millvina Dean, who was the last survivor of Titanic passed away yesterday according to AFP. The 97 year old woman was just 9 weeks when the liner she was on famously sunk in 1912 after hitting an iceberg. Her mother, brother and her survived while her father did not. The family was planning on moving to Kansas at the time, but after they were rescued they moved back to Southhampton. Millvina was not told about the day that changed her life until she was 8 years old.
So sad that one of the most impactful moments of the 20th century no longer has anyone that was there to tell its story.
