BFFs DJ and Kimmy aka Candace Cameron and Andrea Barber went to see NKOTBSB in LA last night and went backstage after the show to meet Joey McIntyre, Donnie Wahlberg and Jonathan Knight from New Kids on the Block! Seeing the two girls together with their friends and the two Cameron sisters in those pix with the NKOTB kids, it felt like a Full House episode where DJ sneaked out the see the band even though her dad grounded her and then somehow Kimmy finagled her way to go backstage to meet the band. Don’t you see it too?
Seriously how fun are those pictures? Almost as fun as they all had the show!!!
Keenan Cahill posted a video of him lipsyncing Please Don’t Girl with Joey McIntyre, the New Kid on the Block who was lead vocals on it, and it is the cutest thing I have seen all day. The faces Keenan made crack me up. It is like the teenager isn’t in to girls yet and he is making that squinting look that he would make if female wanted to give him a big kiss on the lips.
BTW I wonder how Joey feels that Keenan is just a year older than he was when the song came out. I am sure that doesn’t make him feel as old as when he realizes that Keenan was born almost 7 years after the song was released?
Joey McIntyre has three times as many reason to celebrate this Father’s Days because 20 days ago his wife gave birth to the third child and first daughter. And what better day to debut his beautiful Kira Katherine than today. Seriously isn’t that picture of two of them just precious?
Hopefully the Newest Kid on the Block will get his eyes!
Jordan Knight is touring with NKOTBSB and he has a new album out called Unfinished. So what better time than now to sell it at the merchandise table with all the other New Kids on the Block and Backstreet Boys stuff? And what better way to sell with it with his autograph and have it sealed with a kiss! So sweet! As long as he doesn’t have mono?
Can I tell you before witnessing that kiss off, I was always Hanging Tough with Joey McIntyre and Donnie Wahlberg but now I am a Jordan Knight Cover Girl all the way!

New Kids on the Block performed on Dancing with the Stars last night and looks like the show is on after their bedtime. Donnie Wahlberg Tweeted the above photo and said, “Pre Dancin With The Stars 5 minute ‘POWER NAP’! Joe and Danny took the couch so I had to take the floor! HA!” I guess staying up passed 9p est/6p pst is hard for this former boy band without taking a power nap. If they can’t handle this schedule now, what are they going to do when they start the NKOTBSB tour with the Backstreet Boys and have to stay up even later? Maybe instead of New Kids on the Block they should change out the word Kids for Seniors as in Senior Citizens.
