Watch Stranger Things’ Joseph Quinn jam with Metallica
July 29th, 2022 under Metallica, Netflix. [ Comments: none ]

One of the memorable moments from this season of Stranger Things is when Eddie Munson rocked out to his death strumming out to Metallica’s Master of Puppets.

Well, Joseph Quinn, who played the lovable character, got to meet the band at Lollapalooza. Not only did he meet them, but he also got to play that song with them! The actor did such a bitchin’ job that they gave him a guitar that looked like one from the show and autographed it for him.

I am not a fan of Metallica (Napster, good! Metallica, bad!), but this almost made me like them. But then again, it is the least they can do because the Netflix series helped them climb the charts again by choosing their song.

Why did Guillermo del Toro make Pinocchio so ugly?
July 27th, 2022 under Netflix. [ Comments: none ]

Guillermo del Toro is reimagining Pinocchio for Netflix, and I am going to imagine it is not happening.

I hated everything about the movie as soon as I saw how ugly they made the beloved wooden boy. He is so hard to look at; I wonder who they made the film for because it obviously is not for kids. And I can’t see adults flocking to theaters to watch it in November.

Are you going to see it? Don’t lie to me because your nose will grow. And these days, it really is not cheap to get a nose job.

Is there anyone Kevin Hart won’t do a buddy pic with?
July 26th, 2022 under Kevin Hart, Marky Mark, Netflix. [ Comments: none ]

Kevin Hart has done buddy pics with The Rock, Tiffany Haddish, Ice Cube, and The Rock. Now, he can add Mark Wahlberg to that list. The two men are starring in Me Time which comes out on August 26th on Netflix.

Hart plays an uptight stay-at-home dad who forgot to have fun. He gets reminded of how wild he used to be when he hangs out with his crazy best friend, Mark Wahlberg. Together they do a lot of things that lead to Hart getting hurt. And as a sadist, I am here for it.

The last painful moment had me laughing the hardest. I have a problem!

Rob Zombies’ Munsters is going to straight to Netflix
July 19th, 2022 under Netflix. [ Comments: none ]

I don’t know about you, but I thought that The Munsters was going to be a big screen release. Maybe that is what Rob Zombie wanted. But that is not what he is going to get.

“This fall we are gonna spook-out like it’s 1964! 🎥Yep, THE MUNSTERS and THE ADDAMS FAMILY are returning to the boob tube at the same time courtesy of @netflix ☠️,” the director wrote. “It’s been 58 years since this clash of the titans first happened. 🎃 Perfect entertainment for your pumpkin carving party. 👻”

The good news about the film going to the streaming service is that we are not going to have to pay to hate to watch it. Because you know that is what we are going to do.

The Addams Family he is talking about is the Wednesday Addams series.

Watch Joseph Quinn practice for his epic Stranger Things’ scene
July 11th, 2022 under Metallica, Netflix. [ Comments: none ]

Joseph Quinn won our hearts over in the first part of Stranger Things season 4 as Eddie Munson. Then he blew our minds when he rocked out to Metallica’s Master of Puppets in a moment that won’t soon be forgotten.

Before he picked up the guitar for that scene, he had to practice. The writers shared two videos of him playing like his life depended on it. And wow! Metallica could learn a thing from him.

That is why we love the actor and hope that someone gives him a new show ASAP.
