We are so used to seeing Ice T as a tough guy since the days when he was a rapper, but it turns out he has a funny side to him.
When Wolf Entertainment asked who is most likely to tell a dad joke, the cast of Law & Order: SVU agreed that it is him. When he was told that is how they felt, he decided to tell a joke for all of us. I would tell you what it is, but it is so bad it is not worth repeating. However, it is good enough to hear one time. And only one time.
He is not the only one we learned about in this short video. We learned that sweet Mariska Hargitay gets out of speeding tickets by telling the officers that she plays Olivia Benson. Good for her! She might not be a cop, but she plays one on TV!
On Tuesday night, we were horrified when Kathy Hilton put on lipstick while she was still on the stage as Mariska Hargitay was giving her acceptance speech during the People’s Choice Awards.
What was going on in Hilton’s head? The Real Housewife told Terri Seymour on Extra she thought she was going to sneeze, and we don’t want to hear her do that. So, she opened her clutch to find a tissue or a hanky. But she couldn’t find one, so she put on lipstick instead.
Hilton was also hoping she was off camera at the time and was horrified when she found out she wasn’t. Therefore, she reached out to apologize to the actress via DM and would love to explain to her what happened. And as of now, Hargitay has not responded.
The worst thing to happen at an awards show this year was when Will Smith slapped Chris Rock at the Oscars. We all know that.
The second worst thing happened last night at the People’s Choice Awards. The cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills presented Mariska Hargitay with the People’s Drama TV Star. Then they stayed on the stage during her acceptance speech, which is fine.
However, Kathy Hilton opted to go through her clutch, which she brought up with her, to find her lipstick and applied it as the Law & Order: SVU actress was still talking. Then the hotel heiress kept touching her lips to make sure it was evenly applied.
But Hilton wasn’t done there. As Hargitay was saying that we should choose kindness, compassion, and courage, Hilton seemed to sigh. Guess she wasn’t listening to the actress’ words.
And now Hilton has me siding with Lisa Rinna in their catfight.
One last note. Hilton’s actions prove that money doesn’t buy you class.
Mariska Hargitay and Chris Meloni attended the NBC upfronts yesterday. The actress wore a bright yellow pantsuit, while her partner in crime donned a three-piece suit with a blue jacket.
Someone made the observation that they looked like Belle and the Beast. And they are so right.
I hope the writers of Law & Order: SVU and Law & Order: CI do a crossover episode with Olivia Benson and Elliot Stabler dressed as Beauty and the Beast characters. How perfect would that be? And then this way we can all be their guest!
Law & Order: SVU has been on the air for 22 years. Yet, Mariska Hargitay and Ice T have not gone grey after all these years and cases.
What is their secret? They dye their hair, and they do it together. Or, as the rapper puts it, “A little dye will keep us fly.” And it does.
I love when stars get real about how they keep their youthful looks. And this is as real as it gets.
Personally, I think they both would look good with some salt to go with their pepper if they opted to stop darkening their roots. They look great no matter what. What do you think?
