Mariah Carey and Bryan Tanaka are so in love, they want to show the world. Which is great, but this photo grossed me out for some reason. It is like they are trying so hard to prove their love that it looks staged. Let it be natural. Does she know how to do that?
Remember last year when Mariah Carey totally screwed up her New Year’s Rockin’ Eve performance and we have talked about it ever since? Well for some reason, ABC invited her back. How did she do? Better, but…she still had a Diva moment.
After she was done singing Vision of Love, she had one request. She told the audience that had been standing in single-digit temperature, “Just want to take a sip of tea if they’ll let me. They told me there would be tea. Oh! It’s a disaster. OK. Well, we’ll just have to rough it. I’m going to be just like everybody else with no hot tea.” In other words, she thinks she better than all of us. And I have to say, “Sweetie, no. Not for a long long time.”
You know, now that I think about, do you think we can blame her for 2017 being such a crap year? After all she is the one that, literally, started it off on a bad note. Hopefully, since this year it went better, 2018 will be a much better year.

While they are hoping for the best, we will be hoping for the worst. Because the worst is so much more memorable. I do not remember the last time we cared about any of the performance from that night do you? And it is not because we were drunk!
A few weeks ago there were rumors that Mariah Carey went through some sort of weight loss surgery. I do not know if it is true, but by the looks of this photo she has been doing something because she is back the shape she had when she was a Sweet Sweet Fantasy. It is like Mimi, is that really you? Doesn’t she looks so different in that LBD?
Mariah Careyalready broke several of her fans’ hearts when she cancelled some of her NYC Christmas tour dates and now she is breaking even more of them. That is because yesterday, she announced that her upper respiratory infection is still effecting her voice and she needs more time to recuperate.
I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving with loved ones; it’s certainly nice to remember what we are grateful for! Like most, I’m thankful for my overall health… for which I need a bit more time to get right. Doctors have ordered a few extra days of rest before I can finally fly to New York and take the stage for my Christmas Tour.
