Zoila Diaz (Judy Reyes) and Genevieve Delatour (Susan Lucci) are dealing with the loses of her their kids in different ways. Zoila just wants to apologize her daughter, Valentina (Edy Ganem), who is in the Congo and not talking to her. It gets a lot easier when she returns out of no where, but is she ready to forgive her mother?
Then there is Rosie Falta (Dania Ramirez), who is still in the US waiting to find out she is going to be deported. Thankfully, she got a good lawyer and she is granted asylum. As soon as she is free, she goes to visit Mr Spence (Grant Show), who she thinks turned her in but he didn’t. Mr Spence is still with his wife and now he is going to have to choose between the two of them. A decision is that is harder than he thought it would be.
Finally, Evelyn (Rebecca Wisocky) and Adrian Powell (Tom Irwin) are back from vacation and they are going to have a dinner party with all of their friends to welcome them back. Their party is crashed by a bunch of armed thieves who steal everyone’s jewelry. Adrian is scared of everything after the attack and he hires a handsome bodyguard. This guy makes Evelyn happy, but how happy can she get about it?
Devious Maids is definitely cleaning things up on Lifetime and you don’t want to sweep this show under the rug!

Sorority Surrogate debuts on Lifetime tonight at 8p and you don’t want to miss this suspenseful movie.
Valerie (Cassie Steele) is normal college student trying to keep her grades up so that she can keep her financial aid. When her father claims her as a dependent, she loses that aid and now she needs money fast. So her friend tells Valerie that she donated her eggs for some quick cash.
Valerie meets with the woman who helped her friend and that woman asks Valerie if she is willing to be surrogate which pays a lot more money. She agrees to do it.
Jameson and Sara have a lot of money, but they can’t have a child on their own. Valerie is the answer to that problem and the student gets pregnant with their child on the first try.
Jameson’s mother, Maureen (Mimi Kuzyk), is very possessive and she doesn’t like her son’s wife. She would do anything to get rid of her, and her husband, Charlie (Chris Bruno) decides to do that permanently for her. He hires a friend to get rid of his step-daughter-in-law, but something goes wrong. Both Jameson and Sara are killed in a car accident and now Sara’s sister gets the unborn child.
Maureen won’t allow that, so Charlie comes up with a plan to get them arrested and now Maureen gets the baby.
Maureen convinces Valerie to move in with her, and she won’t let her go until the baby is born.
Will Valerie get free or will she be living with Maureen forever? You have to tune into this climatic movie to find out.

Did Dance Moms’ Brooke Hyland diss Abby Lee Miller in her music video? |
March 5th, 2014 under Dance Moms, Lifetime. [ Comments: none ]
|
A few months (weeks on Dance Moms) ago Kelly Hyland looked to have touched Abby Lee Miller’s face and pulled her hair during a confrontation, and was immediately gone from the Abby Lee Dance Company with her two daughters, Brooke and Paige. Even though Brooke is not dancing there any more she is still singing and has released a music video for her new song, Mean to Me. The video starts out with an intimidating over weight woman, who looks and sounds a lot like her former dance teacher, coming into the classroom and being mean to her. So you have to wonder if this is their way of getting back at Abby Lee for the way she treated them on the show? If they were, I think they were nice to hire an actress who was a lot smaller than the real thing. What do you think?

The case is closing for Drop Dead Diva |
February 13th, 2014 under Lifetime. [ Comments: none ]

After Drop Dead Diva aired its 4th season finale, Lifetime announced that they cancelled the show. Well when the fans found out about that, they petitioned the network to bring it back to life and their voices were heard. So much so that not only did the sweet legal drama get a 5th season, it also got a 6th.
Today, Lifetime announced that that 6th season will be the show’s last one. DDD will return on March 23rd with a two hour season premiere and the network promises that “All will finally be revealed in the final season.” Hopefully that means that Jane/Deb will finally be reunited/get it on with her former fiance’/co-worker Grayson. I have wanted those two to get together since season 1.
I will miss this show, but I think it is going out on top.
