They should just release The Beaver straight-to-DVD
February 7th, 2011 under Jodie Foster, Mel Gibson. [ Comments: none ]

There are very few people left who still like Mel Gibson because he has, well, pissed off so many of us with things he said when the camera wasn’t rolling. If that wasn’t bad enough, the movie he made with Jodie Foster is about a man who finds comfort in talking to a Beaver puppet that he wears on his hand. Sounds like a great movie for a rainy Saturday afternoon on basic cable, but not even close to worth whatever the movie ticket price is at your local theater. I guess the movie studio is starting the realize that because at first there was not date for the movie, thanks to a phone call he made. But then they decided to release it in March, and just like the temperature I am assuming that people are still cold on him. Well whatever the reason, today it was announced that the movie is coming out on May 6th according to The Hollywood Reporter. If I were Summit, I would just give this movie away as a free DVD to anyone who sees the next Twilight movies because that is what that movie is worth these days.
Seriously it isn’t only Mel Gibson why I don’t want to see that movie, it just looks so f*cking stupid.

Freaky Friday skips the weekend to Freaky Monday
October 13th, 2009 under Jodie Foster, Stupid Sequels/Remakes. [ Comments: none ]

Freak Friday is getting a sequel called Freaky Monday based on the book of the same title that was written by the same author of the original book. According to Variety, “Freaky Monday centers on a smart but insecure girl who magically switches bodies with her sympathetic junior high English teacher for a day.” I was kind of hoping the sequel would be the story of the daughter from the original who is now a mom, switching places with her daughter, but this one sounds OK. Hopefully they can get Jodie Foster to play the teacher and maybe have John Astin play the principal or something. I chose to show the original Freaky Friday TV Spot because who doesn’t love John Astin, he is so freaking sexy to me!!!

Mel Gibson fisting a furry beaver
September 29th, 2009 under Jodie Foster, Mel Gibson. [ Comments: 2 ]

Splash News Online
Mel Gibson is filming his latest movie The Beaver with Jodie Foster and I think whoever green lit the film is Jewish because he looks like such a schmuck running around with that stuffed beaver on his hand. So what is the plot for this movie? A man who wears a beaver puppet on his hand that he treats as a real person. Sounds like these two Oscar winners will be up for a Razzie or 2.
BTW am I the only who was surprised by the lack of bulge in his crotch area. Don’t ask me why I looked, but seriously it is pretty flat down there.

BTWF ads: Jodie Foster for Viewmaster
January 27th, 2009 under Before They Were Famous, Jodie Foster. [ Comments: 2 ]

Before Jodie Foster won two Oscars and was switching places with her mom in Freaky Friday, the only thing she was switching were the pictures in her Viewmaster. Even at 9 years old in 1971 she was giving Oscar winning performances!!! I wonder if she wishes her she can use you her Viewmaster to click past this ad with the late great Henry Fonda?
xoxo Jennifer!!!
