After watching last’s week episode of Ghost Whisperer and seeing where the producers were going with the Jim storyline, I have to admit I was ready to give up the show. So when I got DVD for tonight’s episode, I waited until the last possible minute to preview the episode. As the episode started, I will admit I really didn’t like where it was going, but as the episode went on I started to appreciate where it was going. In fact they do something with Dehlia, that I really liked. In fact they really let Camryn Manheim use her acting chops.
One of the things the producers are doing with Jim, is now that he has taken over Sam’s body he doesn’t remember who he was. In fact he has memories some his and some Sam’s. The producers are asking us to help Jim remember who he was and how much he loved Melinda. If you got to Jim Clancy’s Twitter page, you can the producers and him find his way back into all of our lives.
I think we have to give the show a few more episodes before we say goodbye it. So tune into Ghost Whisperer tonight at 8p on CBS and see where they are going with Jim’s death and body takeover.
This coming Friday night, a new episode of Ghost Whisperer will hit the air  it is very, very powerful. And, at the end of the episode, there is a big surprise.
But the key to Jim and Melinda’s future (and the rest of Season 4) lies in the very next episode titled “Heart and Soul,” which airs November 21. It’s one of the most romantic episodes we’ve ever done. You will laugh and you will cry  tears of joy.
This new voyage of discovery in the Ghost Whisperer world will take Jim and Melinda’s relationship to another level. It reboots their love story and gives them something few people ever get  a second chance at true love.

UPDATE: Kim Moses and Ian Sanders just held a conference call and explained what we can expect in the upcoming episodes. Do not hate them for killing off Jim, there is something “surprising and satisfying” for you if you keep watching! We are going to see Jim and Melinda “reboot their love story”. Find love all over again, and now we get to watch their courtship. Not only will we be able to watch it, we will be able to be part of it. Jim has lost his memory, and if you go to CBS’s Ghost Whisperer site, you can help him remember why Melinda and him are so perfect together. Plus we will get more screen time with them together and isn’t that what we have all been waiting for???
This week’s episode and next week’s are really go to help us viewers transition through this season’s mythology, so before you say goodbye to Ghost Whisperer make sure to watch them and then decide. Oh and also on next week’s episode there will be a surprise Delia!

By now, many of you have probably seen last night’s episode, “Imaginary Friends and Enemies”/Episode 406. We bet you were surprised! You likely have some strong opinions about it and if not concerned are at least curious and hopefully intrigued about where the story is headed. We can assure you that it’s not what you’re thinking; that would be too obvious. What happened last night is step one in a special journey that will only continue to get bigger and better. Keep watching next week and beyond to see were this is going. We promise you it will be a journey worth taking. Know that what’s important to you is just as important to us… probably more so.
Friday’s show was written by Vivian Lee and Anne Shrake, who are our writer’s assistant and script coordinator. This is a big career jump for them and we are very proud of them. It was directed by Eric Lanueville, who in addition to directing a bunch of Ghost Whisperers has also won a couple of Emmys  and in fact directed the first movie we ever produced together (Stolen Babies).
The Executive Producers of Ghost Whisperer Kim Moses and Ian Sander blogged on TV Guide about the ending of Friday’s episode that had us all going WTF? I can’t wait to see where the show is going with Jim’s death? How touching was it when he died that his spirit tried to avert Melinda’s attention away from her dead body?

Death is coming to tonight’s Ghost Whisperer and many have rumored that it is her husband Jim. Tonight’s episode sounds like it is going to be a tearjerker, so get your tissues ready. I have been stocking up on them ever since I heard someone is going to die.
So tune into Ghost Whisperer on CBS tonight at 8p for an episode that will change the feel of the show and make you cry out loud.
