Hugh Jackman and Deborra-Lee Furness go their separate ways |

Hugh Jackman and Deborra-Lee Furness seemed like they were going to be that rare couple who was going to make it. But their marriage did not survive being empty nesters.
The couple released this statement to People: “We have been blessed to share almost 3 decades together as husband and wife in a wonderful, loving marriage. Our journey now is shifting and we have decided to separate to pursue our individual growth.
“Our family has been and always will be our highest priority. We undertake this next chapter with gratitude, love, and kindness. We greatly appreciate your understanding in respecting our privacy as our family navigates this transition in all of our lives.”
The couple, who have been married for 27 years, have two children, Oscar, 23, and Ava, 18.
The two met in 1995 when they worked on the Australian series Corelli, fell in love, and were married on April 11, 1996.
No reason was given for their split, but I blame Deadpool.

For years we have watched Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman make fun of each other.
However, now that they are working together as Deadpool and Wolverine on Deadpool 3, they look friendly towards each other.
But then again, looks could be deceiving. We will find out on May 3rd if they are friends, enemies, or frenemies.

Hugh Jackman needed to recharge, so he went for a swim in the freezing cold ocean this morning.
Did it work? Looking at his face, he might’ve been better off having sex with his wife than a dip in the ice-cold water. Brr!

Hugh Jackman has a friend named Benjamin, but we will call him Ryan Reynolds. Anyways, “Benjamin” challenged Jackman to eat a War Head sour candy and recorded himself sucking on it for us to see.
I am so happy he did because it was fun to see Wolverine be taken down by a little piece of candy. Even X-Men are no match for sour-sucking candies, and I am all for it. But I am a sadist who enjoys watching people in pain!
True story. I had a job and would give out candy. There would be people who would take some and never say thank you or give me anything in return. One day I brought in a bunch of War Heads and didn’t tell them how sour they were. We would just hear their screams a few minutes later. It was so much fun, almost as fun as watching Jackman suffering.

Fellow Australians Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman are not only former co-stars, but they are also friends.
So it should come as no surprise that the actress came out to see her mate on Saturday in The Music Man on Broadway. However, what is surprising is that it cost her six digits. Not the price of a seat, which comes close to that, but on auction he held after the show for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, a charity that helps people across the country and across the street receive lifesaving medications, health care, nutritious meals, counseling, and emergency financial assistance.
Jackman auctioned off the hat he was wearing to the audience and was surprised to hear Kidman bid $100,000 for it. Her donation will be used to pay for 20,000 meals and 2,000 doctor visits this holiday season!
Today, I tip my $10 (because that is all I can afford) hat in honor of the two generous actors who have been friends for 30 years and counting.
