Glen Powell is not an overnight sensation. He has worked hard to become the movie star he is today, all over the place, hosting Saturday Night Live because of his sucess. And that is not a bad thing because he has given us several fun movies, like Hitman, Anyone but You, and Twisters.
The actor is back with another Action Comedy film. In How To Make a Killing, he plays blue-collar Becket Redfellow, a disowned at birth by his obscenely wealthy family, who will stop at nothing to reclaim his inheritance, no matter how many relatives stand in his way.
Will he get all of his family’s billions? Or will he get revenge on the family that ignored him until it was too late? We will find out on February 20th.
Glen Powell is going to host Saturday Night Live this weekend. However, the Running Man might not be doing it because he became a dancing man in a promo.
The actor got so into Baptiste Thiry’s Action Call that he was hearing in his head that his body took action and started to dance. So he danced his way to the stage and attempted to do a forward flip down the stairs. There was just one major problem, Benson Boone, he is not.
And now, he is spending his time in a hospital room instead of the writers’ room preparing for the show.
Of course, this is not real. And who knew he could dance like that?
Glen Powell is returning to series television with Chad Powers. And the actor got a new look to play the role.
The series is about Russ Holliday, who after a career-ending game, has to throw a Hail Mary and reinvent himself as South Georgia’s new QB, Chad Powers.
Powell wrote, “I co-created this show with my friend Michael Waldron. This show encapsulates our love of college football and underdog sports stories. It’s hysterical, thrilling, romantic, and cinematic. You’re going to fall in love with this cast and the South Georgia Catfish. I am so proud of this one and so excited to kick off this party for y’all Sept 30th on Hulu.”
Ladies, while your man watches football, you can watch Chad Powers! Then you can pretend to know the game. Plus, you get to see Powell still look sexy even though they made him look “ugly.”
Glen Powell played a lot of different characters in the film Hit Man. But there was one he did not play until now. And that character is Goldilocks.
So, Dodge Ram asked him to take on the legendary fairytale star. However, his version is not the one we grew up with. She, I mean he, is even more of a hero who not only takes on bears but also dragons!
And he thought tornados were the scariest thing he would ever have to fight. That was so 2024! This is 2025. Powell is the man who can take on anyone and anything. Well, anyone but his parents making fun of him on red carpets.
Glen Powell walked the red carpet at the Golden Globes, but he did not do it alone. Once again, he brought his parents, Glen Sr. and Cyndy Powell, with him to an event.
Because of that, I think it made him the sexiest man at the awards show. Who doesn’t love a man who loves his parents?
The only thing that could have made him even hotter is if he brought his dog, Brisket, with him also.
