Galavant ends the season on a high note
January 31st, 2016 under Galavant. [ Comments: none ]

Tonight at 8p on ABC, the moment we have all been waiting for on Galavant is finally here!
How will Princess Isabella (Karen David) react when she is finally is reunited with Galavant (Joshua Sasse)? Will King Richard (Timothy Omundson) get his Kingdom back? Do Gareth (Vinnie Jones) and King Richard still have a bromance? Did Gareth’s romance with Queen Madalena (Mallory Jansen) ruin that? Is there still a romance between Queen Madalena and Gareth? What about King Richard’s romance with Roberta (Clare Foster)? Is there a woman for Sid (Luke Youngblood)? Where is Sid? Who will win the battle between Valencia and Hortensia especially when Galavant’s half dead army turns on them? Who is The One True King?
And most importantly is King Richard’s lizard really a dragon?
All of those questions will be answered with several song and dance numbers that you won’t be getting out of your head anytime soon. There is one more question answered tonight and that is what happened to the Jester. He is back and he is sings a recap at the beginning of the episode that earns him a standing ovation!
With all of that happening tonight is there any reason not to watch the best show you are not watching? So watch it! It is a fairy tale for us adults!

Galavant is the best show you are not watching!
January 3rd, 2016 under Galavant. [ Comments: none ]

Galvant is back on ABC tonight at 8p and you need to watch the show that missed you last year to check out boring awards shows and a lame football game.
The musical comedy fairy tale extravaganza is better than it was during its phenomenal first season, and how many sophomore shows can say that?
When we last left off Galavant (Joshua Sasse) and King Richard (Timothy Omundson) were on a boat together. They are still on that boat and Galavant is trying to rescue his (new) one true love, Princess Isabella (Karen David), from marrying her pre-teen cousin who locked her up in a little room in his castle. King Richard on the other hand is also trying to get back his one true love back, his kingdoms. His wife Queen Madalena (Mallory Jansen) is ruling it now and his BFF Gareth (Vinnie Jones) is by her side. While Galavant’s BFF Sid (Luke Youngblood) is by Gareth’s side.
At this point, they are three different stories going on, but you know they will all reconnect soon. But not before they have some crazy adventures and sing a lot of songs. Each episode there is a song and dance number that tops the one beforehand. What more can you ask for?
This is a musical fairy tale for adults, and let’s be honest, we have all wanted one. So I beg and implore you not watch those elitist award shows where the same dull people win and watch a show that is as exciting as sex! And just like sex, when the episode is done all you want to do is cuddle with it all night long.
On a side note, there is a lot more Chef (Darren Evans) and Gwynne (Sophie McShera) this season and they cook up a few toe-tapping numbers!

Timothy Omundson galavants on to Santa’s lap!
December 24th, 2015 under Galavant, Timothy Omundson. [ Comments: none ]

Timothy Omundson was psyched to tell Santa Claus everything he wanted for Christmas, but then when he sat on his lap things didn’t go as planned. He started to cry just like a little baby who sees Santa for the first time. Proving we never grow up!
Hopefully, he asked Kris Kringle to get his show Galavant more viewers because that musical comedy fairy tale show deserves as many as they can get! So make sure to watch the season season premiere on ABC January 3rd!

Which actor looks better with a high ponytail?
May 17th, 2015 under Galavant, Supernatural. [ Comments: none ]

Supernatural’s Sam Winchester and Cain, I mean Jared Padalecki and Timothy Omundson, both were their flowing locks up in high ponytails and I want to know who you think looks better like that? I say both men look extremely hot with their hair up or down, so it is a big old tie.

Who will Galavant live happily ever after with?

Tonight at 8p on ABC, Galavant closes the book on Chapter 1 and they go out with some of their best songs yet.
Galavant (Joshua Sasse) and his crew, and Princess Isabella (Karen David) and her family are still trapped in the dungeon waiting to find out their fate. Above them, King Richard (Timothy Omundson), is preparing for his future now that his older brother (Ruther Hauer) wants to be King. The two Royals decide to have a duel to see who will wear the crown.
Galavant thinks this is his moment, so he comes up with a plan to talk to King Richard. He is granted his request and he will quickly regrets it. That’s because he will fight the duel for King Richard against Gareth (Vinnie Jones) who is forcibly representing his boss’ brother.
Galavant realizes he loves Princess Isabella, but she has been hiding a secret that changes everything. She isn’t the only with a secret, King Richard has big one. Then there is the Chef (Darren Evans) and he also has one that effects the duel.
Will the duel go on? Will King Richard remain the King? Which girl will Galavant choose? Will the Chef wind up dead like his family members?
All of this sets up for the climatic end of the first chapter, I mean season, for this musical fairytale. And in turn its sets up for the second season of the show that ABC must pick up! You will want to see how they end it all and what they have planned for next year.
If you have missed the last four episodes (2 weeks) because evil ABC scheduled it against the Golden Globes and the football championship thingy, then you can tune in tonight and be caught up by the end of the first song. Or better yet, you can watch those four episodes on ABC OnDemand or the Watch ABC app. Did I mention the guest stars on those episodes are Weird Al Yankovic and Ricky Gervais? What more do I have to say to get you to watch? How about the music is delightful, the humor is hilarious, the acting is phenomenal and the story is fantastic. There you have it, so tune in!
