King of the Hill is back tonight at 830p on Fox!
September 23rd, 2007 under Fox. [ Comments: none ]

King of the Hill surprised everyone when it was picked up for a 11th season, but after watching the season premiere episode that airs tonight on Fox at 8:30p it is obvious why it was picked up! Hank and Bobby Hill prove that even though they are animated they can still have touching father/son moments. Hank is so happy that Bobby is finally into football that he decides to take him to his first football game. Of course being King of the Hill nothing goes right, but in the end Hank and Bobby share some really touching moments! Don't worry Peggy is still part of this episode, wait until you see why she didn't go to the game!!!
BTW I am so glad that Fox brought back King of the Hill at 8:30p on Sundays! Now I can watch Fox from 8-10p straight with The Simpson, King of the Hill, Family Guy and American Dad! That is why Fox has rightfully claimed it has The Wildest Shows on Sundays!

Kitchen Nightmares is so on my DVR menu!!!
September 19th, 2007 under Fox. [ Comments: none ]

OMG I so love Kitchen Nightmares. It is like Hell's Kitchen (obviously), SuperNanny and Extreme Makeover: Home Edition all rolled in one! The combination of the three gives me my favorite new reality show of the season! There is just something about the show that had me hooked in the first five minutes. I know people say Gordon Ramsey is a big meanie, but there were two points in the show that he turned me into a big softie with awww tears in my eyes. It was just so sweet and sentimental and there were no special ingredients to create that effect except the realness of the show!
When you watch the premiere episode tonight at 9p at one point make sure to close your eyes and listen to Peter (the owner of the first restaurant) talk he sound just like Ray Romano!
Tune into Kitchen Nightmares tonight on Fox at 9p for meal you will want to eat every week!!!

24’s Day 7 gets a date in 2008!
September 19th, 2007 under Fox. [ Comments: none ]

You 24-aholics have been wondering when your favorite countdown show was coming back on the air…well Fox just announced that it will be back on Sunday, January 13th before moving to its regularly scheduled day Monday the next night.
Here is how Fox described the upcoming season:
“Day 7” of 24 will continue the show’s unique and trend-setting format with compelling new elements. With CTU dismantled, the show’s setting moves to Washington, DC, where JACK BAUER (Kiefer Sutherland) faces trial for his actions in the pursuit of justice. Bauer’s day gets off to a shocking start when former colleague TONY ALMEIDA (Carlos Bernard), last seen in “Day 5,” returns after being left for dead by a terrorist conspirator in CTU’s infirmary.
“Tony’s uncertain fate near the end of ‘Day 5’ left the door open for his return,” said executive producer/show-runner Howard Gordon. “And since there was no silent clock at the conclusion of his last appearance – the 24 tribute to a major character’s demise – we always kept this as a possibility.”
So I guess you people that were unhappy with season six can take some satisfaction that they are turning the clock back to season 5 to start season 7!

Prison Break starts serving its third year of incarceration on Fox tonight at 8p!
September 17th, 2007 under Fox. [ Comments: none ]

OK I am the first to admit that I did not watch the first two seasons of Prison Break and after seeing the first two episodes of the third season boy did I make a mistake.
The third season of Prison Break picks up where the second one left off in Panamanian jail. Not all those who escaped are back in jail, but you guys already knew that. The Panamanian jail gives the show a different effect and a different plot for the third season. I don't want to spoil what it is, but it looks like going to lead to a lot of twists and turns and we are never going to know where we are going to wind up.
The first two episodes feel like a roller coaster ride that you don't want to get off on.  Now I know what all my friends were talking about when they said I should watch Prison Break. So now I am off to rent the first two seasons on DVD to catch up on this brilliant show!
So get locked up in Prison Break tonight at 8p on Fox!!! Believe me unlike Wentworth Miller you won't want to break free.

K-Ville premieres tonight on Fox 9p!
September 17th, 2007 under Fox. [ Comments: 1 ]

The first new scripted show of the fall season premieres tonight on Fox at 9p and K-Ville looks like it will do what the Las Vegas police did to OJ Simpson and keep is locked up!

From writer and executive producer Jonathan Lisco (“NYPD Blue,” “The District”) comes K-VILLE, a heroic police drama set – and filmed – in New Orleans. Two years after Katrina, parts of the city are still in chaos, but hope has emerged. Battling an upsurge of violence, understaffing of police forces and a lack of crime labs and other facilities, the cops who remain in the New Orleans Police Department have courage to burn and a passion to reclaim and rebuild their city.

MARLIN BOULET (Anthony Anderson) is a brash, wry, in-your-face veteran of the NOPD’s Felony Action Squad, the specialized unit that targets the most-wanted criminals. Even when his partner deserted him during the storm, Boulet held his post, spending days in the water saving lives and keeping order. Now, two years later, he’s unapologetic about bending the rules when it comes to collaring bad guys. The stakes are too high, and the city too fragile, for him to do things by the book.

Through its no-holds-barred crime stories and dramatic personal stories, this intriguing series will take viewers from the Victorian mansions of the Garden District to the rubble of the Lower 9th Ward. K-VILLE, executive-produced by Lisco and Craig Silverstein (BONES, “Standoff”), is produced by 20th Century Fox Television. Deran Sarafian (HOUSE, “CSI”) directed the pilot.

Any show that stars Anthony Anderson is so going on to my Tivo. So don't let me be the only one, tune in to K-Ville tonight at 9p on Fox!
To see a great review of the show check out Give Me My Remote who visited the set in New Orleans.
