Kentucky Fried Chicken teamed up with Mrs. Butterworth to add chicken and waffles to their menu for a limited time. If you are going to do something this amazing, then you need to have a commercial campaign that is just as awesome.
I would not use the word awesome to describe the advertisements, more like awestruck because I cannot believe what they just did. I will never eat waffles the same way again. Syrup has forever been tainted.
On a positive note, at least the Burger King is no longer the creepiest fast food mascot anymore. KFC’s Colonel Sanders now has that title, So creepy they could not even get a well-known actor to play him.

Colonel Harland David Sanders was born on September 9, 1890, and Kentucky Fried Chicken had a special prize for a baby born on that day this year. Although, there were some conditions. Your newborn not only had to be born on that day, but they also had to be the first baby on that day named Harland after the founder.

There have been a lot of strange Oreo flavors over the last few years and China is getting the weirdest ones of them all. According to Mondelēz Intl, they released Wasabi and Hot Chicken Wing flavored Oreo.
I just do not see either cream going with the chocolate cookie. Yet, I want to try them so badly.

We have seen fast food do something interesting things to sell their products, and KFC just came up with a purrfect promotion. They created a cat tree in the image of Colonel Sanders and let some kitties play in and around him.
Did they find him paw licking good? Yes, they did. The kitties enjoyed him as much as my cat does when I bring home some Kentucky Fried Chicken.
But can I be honest? This video is so bad, and yet I watched the whole thing. It is like a trainwreck, you cannot look away.
The Los Angeles Dodgers has Dodger Dogs and the Arizona Cardinals have the Gridiron Burger for $75. What is it? It comes with five 1/3 pound burger patties, five all-beef hot dogs, five bratwursts, 20 slices of American cheese, eight slices of bacon, eight chicken tenders, 12 ounces of fries, lettuce, pickles and tanker sauce, on a 10-inch bun.
If you can eat all of that in an hour, you get a free Cardinals Jersey and your photo on the scoreboard. That and probably a visit to the nearby hospital to have your stomach pumped.
