Pete Wentz gave up his stick straight Emo ‘do for a uncontrolled fro. That was until yesterday when he posted his new look that was a sort of a mix between the two. The divorcing Fall Out Boy said he decided to “tame the mane.” Yes he tamed the mane. but it still needs work because something about it is not working for me.

Less than two months after the above picture was taken, Ashlee Simpson filed for divorce from her husband Pete Wentz yesterday. According to what a source told People, “It’s very amicable. They’re on very friendly terms and speaking – it’s fine. They’ve just grown apart. They’ve been growing apart for quite some time.It’s all about [their 2-year-old son] Bronx for them. They’re fantastic parents – Pete says she’s a great mom, and she says he’s a great father. It’s about Bronx’s care and well-being and happiness for them.” I blame their new hairstyles for the split. One bad hairstyle a couple can survive, but not two.
BTW who else is seriously shocked as I am that they ended their marriage? I thought they were going to last.

OK I want to go off on them, but I can’t because they really look like a loving happy family. Look how Pete is lovingly looking at his awwdorable 2 year old son. How can I be mean to that? Dang the Christmas spirit has gotten a hold of me.

It isn’t even Black Friday, but we are getting one of our best Christmas presents of the season now. People Magazine posted this 1990 Christmas family photo of The Simpsons. Not the animated one that airs on Fox but Jessica and her little sister Ashlee with their parents Joe and Tina. The 10 year old Jessica looks the same now as she did then. While her 6 year old sister looks completely different. The one thing they do have in common is they look just like their mom in different ways!

Pete Wentz Tweeted a picture of his wife Ashlee Simpson with her new short platinum blonde hairdo. I think it works for her, but she needs a softer blonde for her skin color skin coloring.
BTW I wonder if her new look means that just like her sister she has also split with Ken Paves?
