You are the Prince of England and you can have anyone sing at your wedding, who would you ask? Adam Sandler? Nope, according to Entertainment Tonight, Prince Harry asked Ed Sheeran, whose songs are perfect for any newlyweds’ first dance.
No word yet if he will sing Photograph or Perfect or any of his tunes for the Prince and Meghan Markle on May 19th, but it’s an offer he cannot refuse.
You know if Sheeran’s career ever tanks, he could totally become a wedding singer. I would totally hire him to sing at my wedding. Who wouldn’t?

For some reason Ed Sheeran posted a photo of him with James Blunt wearing a Hooters outfit. We do not know why the You’re Beautiful singer was dressed up like that. But does it matter? Because he is hotter than their wings in those tight orange shorts and that body fitting T-shirt that leaves absolutely nothing to the imagination. Sizzling.
BTW I never noticed that Sheeran’s hair is the same color as those shorts. What does that mean?

Ed Sheeran’s song are popular at weddings. Now that he is getting married, what will be the first tune that him and his wife will dance to during their big day?
In case you didn’t understand that sentence, the singer announced on Instagram today, “Got myself a fiancé just before new year. We are very happy and in love, and our cats are chuffed as well xx.”
The two met in high school and started dating in mid 2015. No word when they will tie the knot, but you know Taylor Swift will be singing a song or two at it. And hopefully so will he! Maybe he will write one for their nuptials.

The Grammys might have not recognized the brilliant work that Ed Sheeran did with Divide, but Spotify is. They honored the most-streamed artist of 2017 with his own commercial and a yummy gingerbread man cookie to eat. A cookie that was singing his song before the singer bit his head off and silenced it. But what made that moment even more perfect is the evil face Sheeran had as he chomped down on that innocent cookie that did absolutely nothing wrong. That poor gingerbread man, my heart goes out the late great cookie.

Just over a year after Princess Beatrice of York accidentally slashed Ed Sheeran’s cheek in a mock Knight ceremony, the singer is one step closer to actually being Knighted. Prince Charles awarded him with an MBE today according to the Clarence House and it is a photograph he will proudly display for the rest of his life.
After he was given his medal, he told the press, including BBC, why it means so much that he was awarded it on this day. He said, “My grandfather was a massive royalist. He had all the commemorative plates and stuff, and he died on this day four years ago, so it’s actually quite a nice full circle thing, I guess he’d be pretty proud.”
Of course his grandfather proud, and he is also proud that the 26-year-old grandson remains humble even after all of his international sucess. The extremely talented musician also told the press, “I don’t have a vast amount of talent compared to other people, I think talent is like 30% of it and persistence, drive and self belief are the other ones, which I guess are all the same thing.”
Not only is he beyond talented, but he is also very charitable which is why he was honored with the MBE at such a young age.
