A few years ago Donald Trump had a verbal war with Rosie O’Donnell, which I think is still going on, and now it looks like he is starting one with another talk show host. This time the victim is David Letterman. The Celebrity Apprentice boss Tweeted this today, “David Letterman’s show has become so boring and mundane. Somehow, every time I look, I can’t help thinking of his world-shattering poor performance at the Academy Awards a number of years ago. Anyway, I hope he gets it together. @LateShow” No reason was given why he turned against someone he used to like, but I am assuming it is because the CBS late night host is opting not to book him on the show. I mean it isn’t like Letterman hasn’t been making fun of Trump for a long time about his hair and running for President, so why start something now and not back then?
I can’t wait to see if and how Letterman will respond to Trump because I would be surprised if he didn’t and you know what he says will be good.
Where is Betty White when you really need her because if anyone needed the Golden Girl at Password it is Donald Trump. Yesterday on NBC’s Late Night, Jimmy Fallon challenged Donald Trump to a game of Password. The late night host played with Teresa Giudice and the Celebrity Apprentice boss played with Dee Snider. Trump was so bad at you can’t even say “You’re fired” to him because he couldn’t even get that clue. Seriously remember when he wanted to Trademark his catchphrase, well when the Twisted Sister singer said, “You’re” to him he responded with “hair”. Yeah he was that horrible. So spend the next few minutes watching the World’s Worst Password Player attempt to play the game. It almost makes you feel bad for him.
On a positive note Celebrity Apprentice is back on NBC this Sunday and after watching the season premiere I think this is going to be the best season yet.
Donald Trump is a grandfather again because his daughter Ivanka has given birth to her first child today. The Celebrity Apprentice star Tweeted, “This morning @jaredkushner and I welcomed a beautiful and healthy little baby girl into the world. We feel incredibly grateful & blessed. Thank you all for your support and well wishes!” No name was given, but I wonder if since her mother is Ivana and she is Ivanka if it will be in the Ivan family of names.
You know with her parents good looks and money-know-how, you know the nameless socialite is going to take the world by storm in 2030!
BTW can you believe that picture of Trump’s oldest daughter was taken four days because she doesn’t look like she is just days away from having her baby.
UPDATE: The proud grandpa Tweeted his granddaughter’s name, “Congratulations to my daughter Ivanka and her husband Jared on the birth of their daughter Arabella Rose yesterday.” I love that name because it is so beautiful!
Yesterday NBC said that Celebrity Apprentice will be back for another season next year. They then added that if Donald Trump decided to run for President, they would bring the show back with someone else in the boardroom.
Well I guess that announcement meant a lot to The Donald because he announced during NBC’s Upfronts that he will not be running for President and continuing on with The Apprentice.
As an Entertainment Blogger I am really bummed about his decision. He would’ve been the only candidate, I actually knew anything about. C’mon tell me I am not the only let down about him not running?
Now back to the NBC reality show, I am Team Marlee! I really hope she wins on Saturday because she deserves it for raising $1 million for the Starkey Hearing Foundation.
We have seen Meat Loaf curse out Gary Busey in one of the craziest rants ever on reality television and that will be nothing as compared to NeNe Leakes going off on Star Jones tonight on The Celebrity Apprentice at 9p on NBC. It has been the confrontation we have been waiting for all season and I can’t wait to see it go down because you know it is going to be talked about for years to come.
