Johnathon Schaech and Christina Applegate’s divorce is final |

In Touch weeky is reporting that Johnathon Schaech and Christina Applegate's divorce is finally final. The two separated almost two years ago, but yesterday the two became free to give marriage another try. Here is what each got in the divorce settlement:
In the split, Christina, 35, gets bank accounts, investments and pensions worth more than $7.5 million, as well as two homes and a 2006 Lexus. Johnathon, 37, gets $1.5 million, a 2001 Mercedes-Benz S500 and a cement Buddha. Both waived spousal support.
How she can divorce him is beyond me? Look at that guy he is just gorgeous. Hopefully her loss can be my gain!

Am I the only one who thought that these were already officially divorced? Well according to Us Weekly today was D-Day for the two.
Spears' lawyer Laura Wasser told reporters, "The divorce is final. [Britney] is okay with the arrangement. She would like to be with the kids more. She said that. [She] thinks [Federline] would like that too."
But while today's decision allows the exes to continue with shared custody of their children, a source close to Federline says he may seek full custody. "[Federline's] attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan…has been watching and monitoring Britney’s behavior very closely," says the source. "There is a clause in the divorce so either parent can seek full custody and it is very possible that you will see Kaplan seeking full custody for Kevin as early as this week…Kevin is extremely concerned with Britney’s erratic behavior and he needs to make sure his kids are protected. Britney has not met the benchmarks for sobriety that [were] outlined in the agreement."
I hope he fights for the kids because with her antics she has proven that he is the better parent. Who would have ever thought that would be the case?
BTW let's start a poll on how long it will take Britney Spears to get married again? She does have some Vegas trips on the horizon, so you know that means it could happen then. It is not like she hasn't had a spontaneous Vegas wedding before? And we know she doesn't learn from past mistakes.

|  Jennifer Esposito filed for divorce today from her husband of a whole four months, Bradley Cooper. In the paper work obtained by TMZ she cited for irreconcilable differences and asked that he pay her spousal support and court costs. Her people had this to say, "Jennifer asks that you respect her privacy at this time." And his people said that they have been separated for a while. They have been together for four months, what is a while in that amount of time? Wonder if the fact that she has been filming Rescue Me in NY has anything to do with why they split.
I was kind of rooting for both of them because I liked the shows that they were on even though those shows did not have a great survival rate…kind of like their marriage.

Danny Bonaduce is getting a divorce and he doesn’t want one |

|  According to TMZ Gretchen has sent a letter to Danny Bonaduce informing him she is filing for a divorce. Danny confirmed the news to TMZ, "Yes, this is happening, he say that it is absolutely not what he wants. I don't want a divorce. "This sucks ass."
The two met and married the same day in 1990 after a blind date and have two kids. They also had a reality show on VH1 for two seasons called Breaking Bonaduce that dealt with him getting sober the first season and the second on them trying to work on their new life of him as a sober man. Throughout both seasons she was alway on the brink of divorcing him which makes today's announcement so surprising to me. I guess she just had enough because no reason was given why she is filing now.
They are also very very active on MySpace, but neither has used MySpace thus far to talk about the divorce.

People Magagzine has a statement from Marie Osmond and her about to be former-husband, Brian Blosil of 20 years that they are getting a divorce, "Though our marriage is ending, we continue to have a very amicable relationship. Our marriage has always been a faithful one, and neither of us is assigning fault for the divorce. Our children, as always, are our top priority and in our deep love for them we will continue to jointly fulfill our roles as active parents in their daily lives." The two raised 8 children, one from her former marriage, 5 that they adopted and 2 they had together. The two have gotten through several ups and downs in their relationship, including her suffering from Postpardum Depression and her being hospitalized her last year for a bad reaction to medicine.
