Seriously? OMG! WTF?

Desperate housewives writers are scrambling to come up with creative ideas for Marcia Cross’s uptight character Bree. Marcia, 44, recently learned she and her husband Tom Mahoney are expecting twins. Her doctor REALLY dropped a bombshell when he informed Marcia that since the pregnancy is somewhat risky, she will have to stay IN BED for the last three months. So writers are brainstorming to figure out Bree’s story line – will she go on a long "vacation," to prison, or she might get trapped on a deserted island. The writers would like to have Bree at least calling in periodically on the show to keep her character involved.

Wow if that is true, the show will totally stink without her. We will probaly find out if this is true the next time someone asks Eva Longoria anything. She has a way of blabbing everything these days.

Designing Women alum Dixie Carter has been busy filming episodes of Desperate Housewives. Carter, whose personal assistant while on Designing Women was actually none other than Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry (yes, you read that right!) has also recently appeared on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit as well as Hope & Faith. She will portray the mother of Orson (Kyle MacLachlan) for her guest starring run on Desperate Housewives.

‘Desperate Housewives’ stars Eva Longoria and Nicolette Sheridan have reportedly had a furious bust-up over a handbag. The pair are said to have argued after Nicolette – who plays maneater Edie Britt in the hit series – wanted a designer bag created for Eva’s character Gabrielle Solis. Designer Charlie Lapson, who created the burgundy leather tote, says the fighting got so unbearable her was forced to create a different bag to keep the two actresses happy. He told Britain’s Mail On Sunday newspaper: "Both the girls wanted the bag for this one scene. They argued and argued until I decided to design a new bag for Eva." The handbag which caused such a fuss was auctioned for charity last week.

How sad they are both fighting over a purse when rumor has it they should be fighting to keep their jobs? 

Not only did Eva Longoria take a tumble off the top step of her trailer on the set of "Desperate Housewives" and fall flat on her back. Not only did that land her in an ambulance and ultimately the E.R., but it’s my fault. Yesterday, Eva and I were chatting on the cell phone about a project we are working on together when all of a sudden the line went dead. I called her back an hour later to follow up on the call with information she wanted and it went straight to voice mail. Last night at 8:45pm, lying in bed watching "Dancing With The Stars," the phone rings and its Eva explaining that she fell off the top step of the trailer and may have fractured a rib (slightly) around her back side. She had gotten home a short time earlier and was doing the same… laying in bed watching ‘Dancing.’ "Sorry, I didn’t call right back", she said. Too busy calling 911, I guess. I asked her if I was to blame for distracting her. She said ‘Yes’… … Followed with the big Longoria laugh. Now, to why we were talking. A little boy who has touched both of our hearts is losing a terrible health battle and tomorrow we are turning his house into the North Pole so he can have Christmas before God calls him home. That’s all on that.

Granted he so desperate for attention he will say it is his fault, but still kind of nice to know the effect he has on celebrities!

If an Eva falls in a trailer, and no photographer is there to capture it, did it really happen? Yes, according to Eva Longoria’s rep, who released the following statement: Yesterday Eva slipped on one of the stairs coming out of her trailer. She was taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Burbank for X-rays. Nothing is broken, but her ribs are very bruised. She expects to return to work as scheduled. Extra was the first to report that the Desperate Housewives star was rushed from the Wisteria Lane set to the ER Wednesday where doctors treated her for bruised ribs. This is the second injury Longoria has suffered on the "Housewives" soundstage. In August 2005, she was rushed to the hospital after being hit in the head with a falling pole. Extra also reports that, despite the injury, Eva still plans on flying to Paris to reunite with her on-again, off-again beau Tony Parker.
