Seriously? OMG! WTF?

On Tuesday, Derek Hough revealed that he tested positive for a breakthrough case of COVID-19 and that he is quarantining.

Today, ABC announced that Julianne Hough will be filling in for him tonight during the Dancing with the Stars finale.

This makes me wonder if she gave him the COVID so that she can fill in for him as a judge? Probably not, but just some food for thought.

Oh, Derek will appear on the show, but virtually, in case you care.

Derek Hough woke up this morning and found out that he tested positive for COVID-19 even though he is fully vaccinated. That means, he most likely will not be at the judges’ table for the Dancing with the Stars finale on Monday. So that meaNs he will probably do it from home.

I hope that the dancer didn’t infect any of the other judges because Len Goodman and Bruno Tonioli are over 65 and Carrie Ann Inaba has an autoimmune disease. Even though she had it back in March, it is still risky for her to get it again.

Back to Hough, he has been traveling back and forth between LA and Las Vegas doing shows in Sin City, so that is probably where he got it. This was supposed to be his final week of shows, but now they are postponed because of coronavirus.

Hough is not the first person to test positive for COVID this season. Cheryl Burke was first and then her partner Cody Rigsby was diagnosed a few days later. Hough missed the week that Rigsby and Burke competed from their homes because he was exposed to it in Vegas.

Derek Hough spent the weekend in the hospital instead of on the dance floor. The dancer woke up with a sharp pain in his abdomen. He knew something was wrong, so he went to the hospital. Turns out he had appendicitis and needed surgery to remove his appendix.

Now that he is on the mend, he is ready for the runway. He doesn’t want to model the suavest suits, instead, he wants to show off the latest gowns as in the one you wear in the hospitals. Hough knows how to work it.

Derek and Julianne Hough are shooting a Christmas special for NBC and today they gave us a glimpse of Holidays with the Houghs. After watching that little dance war, I am wondering how much sugar they downed before filming it? To me, it looks like they ate all of the candy canes, peppermint bark, gingerbread houses, peanut brittle, sugar plums, fruit cake and chocolate Santas they could get they had at craft services that was there for all of the crew. Then they drank all the hot chocolate and Egg Nog they could swallow.

Seriously, could they be on any more of a sugar high? I am exhausted just watching them and I am sitting down. Does this make you want to see what is under the Christmas tree or are you going to avoid it like it is the fruit cake that has been regifted since before you were born?

Brother and sister, Derek and Julianne Hough, decided to a face swap to see how different they look. What they found out is that they look the same.

If the Dancing with the Stars champ decided to shave off his facial hair, he could totally pass for his sister. Or maybe, as she fears, take over her America’s Got Talent job as her. Do you think Simon Cowell would notice the difference? Would you?

I don’t know about you, but I am still getting over how freaky they look in this video. It is the scariest thing I saw all week, and I have watched several horror movies on Tubi TV over the last few days. Including Rubber that is about a tire that telekinetically kills people by causing their heads to explode.

Random thought, why haven’t any of the networks given them a variety show like they did Donny and Marie Osmond. The Houghs are a double threat.
