Next week, Dancing with the Stars is celebrating its 20th anniversary on Tuesday, and they are bringing back a lot of people from the past.
But there is one person that we have been wondering if they will return to the ballroom, and that person is Tom Bergeron.
This morning on Good Morning America, he came out and revealed that he will be the guest judge on the special episode!
That’s right! For the first time since he was fired in 2020, he will be back on the show that he was the heart of for 15 years.
Hopefully, he will be so comfortable in the chair that they won’t ever let him leave us again.
As much as I love my Junior High School alum, Alfonso Ribeiro, I will always miss Bergeron. Maybe the two of them can host the dancing competition together, and they will get rid of Julianne Hough? To say something positive about her. At least she is better than Tyra Banks, but that is not hard to do.
On Saturday, Dylan Efron suffered a broken nose while rehearsing for Dancing with the Stars, and says it was when his partner, Daniella Karagach, accidentally elbowed him in his honker.
However, after watching this video that he posted, I am not sure that is how it really happened. It looks like the wounded beak was caused by her hitting his face over and over and over with his hair. So, I guess it was a hairline fracture!
You go to Dancing with the Stars, you think you look terrific in your khaki pants, you get great seats, so great, you even get on camera behind Alfonso Ribeiro, so what could go wrong?
The shadow of the Halloween fake candles in front of you can be seen on your terrific khaki pants, and it looks like you peed in them. You didn’t, but people will think that you did.
Now, everything is not so great! Especially if the only reason you were there was to watch your favorite actress, Elaine Hendrix, dance. You see, she wasn’t there because she was in the hospital, dealing with injured ribs from the week beforehand!
Tonight was Halloween night on Dancing with the Stars, and things got scary for real for Elaine Hendrix. The actress spent the day in the hospital with her BFF, Lisa Ann Walter, rather than preparing to perform in the dance competition.
What happened? Last week, while dancing to Defying Gravity on Wicked Night, she injured her ribs. Today, “they seized up,” and she could not move. So, she went to the hospital.
The doctors told her that after a day or two of rest, she would be able to rehearse again and continue on with the show.
Even though she is in pain, she wants to continue dancing for us, and she was upset that she missed tonight. She wrote, “Halloween is my favorite, and I’m devastated. I was beyond excited to share what we had worked so hard on, although you’ll see a version of it.”
DWTS showed her rehearsal video with partner, Alan Bernsten during the show for the judges to vote on.
While it was live on the air, she shared a video of herself in a hospital bed on social media, asking for people to vote for her and Bernsten.
And it worked. They, along with birthday boy Andy Richter, are moving on to next week.
However, Jan Ravnik, who was suffering from the flu, and Jen Affleck are not. The Swifties let them down.
Tell me I am not the only one who thinks it is unfair that Mark Ballas is on Dancing when his lifelong best friend, Derek Hough, is a judge?
Over the weekend, Dylan Efron revealed that he broke his nose during a rehearsal for tonight’s Halloween-themed Dancing with the Stars. But that is nothing as compared to what Jan Ravnik has.
What is it? His partner, Jen Affleck, gave him the flu. And you know how men react when they get the flu. They say it is worse than giving birth.
So pray for him because he is going to need them to make it through to next week. Although, after what Maksim Chmerkofskiy said about him not thinking that Taylor Swift’s backup dancer has no business being on the dancing competition, he might have gotten the extra votes he needs to advance.
However, I will be voting for Andy Richter because it is his birthday today. And it would suck if he and Emma Slater were eliminated on his 59th birthday.
