Stephen Colbert was at the 2011 New York Philharmonic Orchestra Spring Gala Benefit Performance Of Stephen Sondheim’s Company and for some reason he put his hand in his pocket. For most guys I wouldn’t give it a second thought, but after seeing him in a skin tight body suit I can’t stop looking at his crotch. So I wonder if he is telling the two Monday night sitcom stars, Neil Patrick Harris and Jon Cryer, that he has a huge rocket in his pocket and he is happy to see them!

Jon Cryer will f*ck you up! |
March 28th, 2011 under Comedy Central, Jon Cryer. [ Comments: none ]

Jon Cryer was a presenter at the Comedy Central Comedy Awards and the One and a Half Men star told the audience what he is doing now with all his free time. Duckie is now working on his music and he is previewing the first single from his upcoming album. After watching just that short snippet, I can’t wait to see the full performance of Jon Cryer Will F*ck You Up when the Comedy Awards on Comedy Central on April 10th!!!
Actually doesn’t Alan Harper look completely uncomfortable during the dance number, which makes him just that much cuter!!!

Give It Up for Greg Giraldo tonight! |
March 18th, 2011 under Comedy Central. [ Comments: none ]

This Tuesday the Comedy Central Roast of Donald Trump was missing someone and that person was Greg Giraldo who passed away in September. A seat was left open for him in his memory and tonight Comedy Central is honoring him with a special at 11:30p.
Give It Up for Greg Giraldo will feature never-before-aired, behind-the-scenes footage and interviews with the late comedian himself, plus career highlights from Roasts, stand-up specials, pilots and numerous television and live appearances. The one hour tribute will also include interviews with comedians who knew him like Jon Stewart, Jim Gaffigan, Conan O’Brien, Denis Leary, Dave Attell, Lewis Black, Sarah Silverman, Colin Quinn and Nick Swardson and they share their stories about him. From them and the new videos of him we are going to learn more about the comedian who made us laugh.
So tonight instead of remembering him with tears, remember him with laughter in the touching tribute put together by Comedy Central. It is full of plenty of laughs, but it is also raw and you will really get to know him. At one point during the show one of the comedians said that he was more than what he was known as after his death and that was as an “Insult comics known for the Roasts”, in the tribute you will learn that statement is very true. You will see him take on Denis Leary and the chain smoking comedian will be begging for someone to “Rescue Me.” You will also learn about what his career was before comedy and it will shock you. Finally his friends will tell how his addiction hurt him more than physically and how his death left a whole in their heart and ours.
If you want to donate to the foundation his wife started in his honor, you can do so at the Greg Giraldo Foundation. The foundation’s purpose to raise money for children like Greg’s–children living with addiction

Daniel Tosh quitting Tosh.0? |

Daniel Tosh Tweeted this yesterday, “yes the rumors are true. this weeks show will be the last one for awhile. need to figure out what i really want out of life.” and I have to wonder if he is really quitting for the show? I am hoping by Tuesday’s show he will give himself a web redemption and decide to go on with the Comedy Central show. Because I just got used to it being on again, and I am not ready to not have any new episodes until he figures out what he wants to do with his life. Man up Daniel and keep doing Tosh.0!!!
UPDATE: A rep from Comedy Central confirmed that this Tuesday’s episode of Tosh.0 will be the last new one for a while, but they added it was always planned that way. They said that the third season of the show is broken down to air into three parts, the first one ends this week, then it will be back in mid-May to July and then finally it will finish the season starting in September. So just like his show, Daniel Tosh fooled me good. Do I get a web redemption?

Jon Stewart and Justin Bieber have a Freaky Friday? |
February 4th, 2011 under Comedy Central, Justin Bieber. [ Comments: 2 ]

Jon Stewart and Justin Bieber had a Freaky Friday moment when they somehow switched bodies. We got a glimpse of what their switch was like because it looked like the 16 year old singer was sitting in Stewart’s chair to open The Daily Show, but it was actually the host in his body. I love when Bieber says get me out of here it is like a haunted house in here. So wrong, but so funny.
