Yesterday on Two and a Half Men they performed a huge musical number on the CBS sitcom and it will have you singing You’re a Douche from the rooftops!
It was as though they had done an whole 3 hour Broadway musical in just 3 minutes, and it was just as enjoyable.
So sit back and watch Jon Cryer (who can really sing) and Ashton Kutcher (who ain’t to shabby for being a douche) do a song and dance number in a way only a Chuck Lorre show can do it.
Fun fact Kaley Cuoco’s sister Briana Cuoco choreographed the number. She also choreographed her sister’s Big Bang Theory flash mob. Maybe So You Think You Can Dance or Dancing with the Stars would want to hire her for their shows????
For weeks I have seen pictures previewing Thursday’s Two and a Half Men at 8:30p, teasing that it was going have at least one musical number in it; and today CBS confirmed it with this promo! We still have no idea how big it is going to be, but better be more fabulous and bigger than How I Met Your Mother’s forgettable song and dance routine they did a few years back.
BTW Ashton Kutcher shockingly has a good voice, and sadly Jon Cryer’s does not. Granted it could be the song choice they gave to the man.
It’s the holiday season and between Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s we all put on a little weight. Looking at the picture above it looks like Ashton Kutcher not only put on more than a little weight, he ain’t stopping til he gains two and a half stone!
Now unlike you and me who will takes weeks to lose those extra pounds, all he had to do was take off that prosthetic belly when he was done filming that episode of Two and a Half Men. We are not sure why Walden Schmidt now has big belly, but we will be able to find out when that episode airs on CBS on January 10th! I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait to find out!
BTW am I the only one who wants to lick that barbecue sauce of him?
Yesterday on The Big Bang Theory Amy Farrah Fowler got sick and according to the Relationship Agreement she has with Sheldon Cooper he had to take care of her. Well since he is so far removed from doing anything sexual with her, once he started doing stuff that could feel like it was something more she took advantage of him like making him give her baths and letting him apply Vick’s Vapor Rub all over her chest. Well as her cold lingered on, the know it all became suspicious and found out she was lying to him. So after some discussion on how she should be punished, they agreed that spanking would be the proper means of punishment. Well let’s just Christian Grey would approve how that moment put the Big Bang in The Big Bang Theory.
If you are surprised the show got away with that, you are not alone because the show’s co-EP Bill Prady Tweeted, “When we shot the ending to the #bigbangtheory that airs tonight (US/Canada), my jaw hit the floor. Frankly, I can’t believe we did it.” Even though they can’t believe they did it, I am glad they did because it is one of the show’s funniest moments ever!
A day after Angus T Jones told people not to watch his show Two and a Half Men and didn’t want to be on the show anymore, he (his people) issued an apology. Here is statement that was acquired by Zap2It:
“I have been the subject of much discussion, speculation and commentary over the past 24 hours. While I cannot address everything that has been said or right every misstatement or misunderstanding, there is one thing I want to make clear.
Without qualification, I am grateful to and have the highest regard and respect for all of the wonderful people on Two and Half Men with whom I have worked over the past ten years and who have become an extension of my family.
Chuck Lorre, Peter Roth and many others at Warner Bros. and CBS are responsible for what has been one of the most significant experiences in my life to date. I thank them for the opportunity they have given and continue to give me and the help and guidance I have and expect to continue to receive from them.
I also want all of the crew and cast on our show to know how much I personally care for them and appreciate their support, guidance and love over the years. I grew up around them and know that the time they spent with me was in many instances more than with their own families. I learned life lessons from so many of them and will never forget how much positive impact they have had on my life.
I apologize if my remarks reflect me showing indifference to and disrespect of my colleagues and a lack of appreciation of the extraordinary opportunity of which I have been blessed. I never intended that.”
Guess he is not as ready to say goodbye to his $350,000 an episode paycheck as he thought he was.
BTW I wonder if Chuck Lorre used his Vanity Card after yesterday’s Mike and Molly to respond to Angus T Jones. Read it and tell me what you think. If he didn’t do it in this one, he might do something on Thursday after either The Big Bang Theory or Two and a Half Men’s episode.
CHUCK LORRE PRODUCTIONS, #400
I’ve been told that if you change your mind, you change the world – or at least the way you experience it. Let’s take a moment to examine that. The presumption is, if you thought the world was a hostile, ugly place filled with awful people doing awful things, that is what you’d see. Your mind would naturally seek out confirmation for its preconceived ideas (e.g., if you’re intent on buying a red car, as you go about your day you’ll see lots of red cars). If, however, you were able to sincerely change your mind and see that we are all God in drag, that we are the conscious aspects of a perfect universe which had to create us so we could bear witness and stand in awe before its loving magnificence, then that is the soul-shaking reality you’d be greeted with each and every moment of each and every day. In other words, it is entirely our choice as to what kind of world we live in. With a simple decision, we can suffer in the darkness or play in the light. We can be angry, frightened and enslaved, or loving, joyous and free.
I know. It’s a toughie.
