|  I guess all the rumors that Britney Spears and Kevin Federline were getting back together are just that. The two met up with their lawyers today to discuss an agreement on their divorce including custody of their two boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James. Entertainment Tonight has this statement from his lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan, "After five hours and a four-way session with Kevin Federline, his lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan and his partner, JIM SIMON, along with Britney Spears and her attorney LAURA WASSER, signed an agreement which was a global settlement on all issues of their marriage. At one point Kevin went down for a smoke and Britney followed him outside. They had a 15 minute conversation. Then they went back upstairs." Britney's attorney did not confirm or deny the statement.
According to TMZ, K-Fed only got around $1 million dollars from the settlement because Britney's lawyer Laura Wasser had him sign an airtight prenup. But the bigger news is that they both will share physical custody of the boys, 50/50.
The two are waiting for the Judge to sign the paperwork and then they will be officially divorced. Am I the only feeling it is a sad day in Hollywood because these two are divorced?

|  Us Weekly reports that K-Fed has really stepped up as father of Sean Preston and Jayden James. In fact he put his life on hold to take care of his two boys with Britney Spears. “He’s devastated and cries all the time,” a source close to Federline, 28, tells Us. “Kevin wants to get back together with her. He is her biggest supporter." On that note People reports that it was his ultimatum was what finally forced Britney top get the help she needs. He told her she needed to go back to rehab or he was going to court the next morning to get full custody of the boys. And even in her state, she had to know the Judge would side with him. Kevin is working with her mother to make sure she gets the help she needs. "Kevin loves Britney … nothing has changed about that." Right now the boys are "being taken care of by Kevin," says a source. "Lynne is helping." Eventually, says a Spears family friend, Federline, who will turn 29 this month, "would like [Britney] to have the kids because he thinks she is a good mother." Yesterday TMZ reported that Britney might be suffering from Post Partum Depression and that is what is sending her over the edge. I think that makes sense. Since having Jayden she has filed for divorce from Kevin, got caught without undies 3 times, partied with Paris Hilton and whoever was available, went through men like money and shaved her head. Maybe when this is all over she will get back with Kevin. Because the one thing we learned from all of this, he is a good dad and a good ex-husband.

People says that K-Fed brought Sean Preston and Jayden James to Britney Spears who is still in rehab last night. "The kids are his No. 1 priority and they always have been," the source says. "He's so stressed out right now. He only wants the best for Britney and the kids." You have to admire him for the way he is handling the situation. If he wanted to, he could kick her when she is down, but instead he is supporting her. Good for him!

Extra TV has two big updates on day 2 of Britney Spears in rehab. Actually make that 3 because she has remained in rehab for over 24 hours. But back to Extra TV they are saying that Kevin Federline went to visit her at Promise in Malibu today. Extra also spoke to her manager Larry Rudolph who had this to say about the stories that Britney tried to commit suicide: “The story is absolutely untrue,” he said. “She is in rehab, and it is very disappointing that various media outlets are running these false stories about her, as Britney tries to get better.”

TMZ has learned that Kevin Federline has asked a judge for an emergency hearing on Thursday to discuss his custody dispute with estranged wife Britney Spears. A court spokesperson says only K-Fed and his attorney are scheduled to appear before the judge, but adds "anything is possible." Federline filed papers in November seeking spousal support and sole custody of the couple's children- 5-month-old Jayden James and 17-month-old Sean Preston. As TMZ previously reported, a temporary court order granted the couple joint custody, with Spears having primary physical custody of the boys.

About time. I would be shocked if the Judge didn't give him custody, but you never know. And it is funny everyone I talk says the same thing, who would've believe that K-Fed would be the better parent? So I ask you did you? I sure as heck didn't.
