Everyone thought that Taylor Swift releasing another album was going to be the big music news of the day, and we were wrong. Britney Spears and Backstreet Boys matched Swift and then one-upped her by dropping a surprise single. Matches is included in a deluxe version of her 2016 album Glory that was released tonight.
Backstreet Boys said, “What a GLORIOUS day it is… we’ve been asked about the possibility of a collab like this for the past 20 years and today is the day!! #BritneyXBackstreet is finally here!”
I think they would be better off going as BSBSB instead of BritneyXBackstreet as their name? What do you think, or is that too much BS?
I guess those rumors of Britney being done with music were a little premature. I hope she is back sooner rather than later.
Britney Spears released a new song called Mood Ring, but for some reason she is only wearing chains on the promotional art. I guess she thought that would help sell more copies of the tune. She would’ve sold more if she was just wearing a mood ring. Especially since, it is not one of her best singles.
I would be wrong to mention that this might not be the best time in history to wear just chains. Considering that is what slaves wore. But then again, she is probably referencing her life because she is chained to her parents with her conservatorship.

Britney Spears has had a lot of changes in her life over the last year and today she did one more. Gone is the blonde hair we know her for and hello to her being a brunette.
They say blondes have more fun, but the singer and Katherine Heigl are making us rethink that statement. They both look even better with their darker locks. Don’t you agree?

There have been a lot of crazy rumors that Britney Spears is being held against her will at a treatment facility, but she posted a video saying that is not the case. The singer says that she and her family under a lot of stress because of her father’s illness and needed some time to deal with it. Then she promised she will be back soon.
Along with the video message, she explained why she recorded the message. Spears wrote, “I wanted to say hi, because things that are being said have just gotten out of control!!! Wow!!! There’s rumors, death threats to my family and my team, and just so many things crazy things being said. I am trying to take a moment for myself, but everything that’s happening is just making it harder for me. Don’t believe everything you read and hear.”
Translation, she wants the toxic rumors to stop and hopefully they will. Can’t believe I am quoting Chris Crocker, but as he said, “Leave Britney alone!”
Britney Spears was supposed to start a Vegas residency next month, but today she announced that she is cancelling that and all work-related items for the foreseeable future.
I don’t even know where to start with this, because this is so tough for me to say. I will not be performing my new show Domination.
