Blake Lively was doing an interview with an Australian station about her movie The Town and in it she admitted something shocking about Ben Affleck. She said her co-star and director just came up to the Gossip Girl one day and punched her in the face. The injury was so bad that she is now wearing a glass eye. Obviously she is joking, even though I am not sure the reporter got that.

Blake Lively was a presenter at Scream 2010 and she brought her two older half sisters Robyn and Lori along as her date. I have never seen The Lively Girls together so it was cool to see the three of them posing so happily like that.
Too bad their brother Jason wasn’t there with them because he was in one of my favorite horror movies Night of the Creeps and the Scream Awards are perfect for him since they honor horror movie.
Blake Lively thinks that being on Gossip Girl is deadly now according to what a source to Heat Magazine reports Bang Showbiz.
“Blake has asked producers to kill off her character.
“She’s tired of working on the show. It was great at the beginning, but she’s started to get bored of her storylines and all the petty fights on set.
“Nearly all the cast members have had some kind of bust-up. Besides the fact that she gets to work with her boyfriend, Blake wants to leave.”
Though producers have not yet agreed to Blake’s request, the actress has reportedly pitched a number of possible exit storylines to them.
The source added: “Serena’s been the show’s most dramatic character and Blake thinks she deserves a fitting exit.
“Execs aren’t convinced they’ll let her go but ideas have been thrown around. Suicide is one, though it’s likely to be an accident.”
I have no problem with them killing her off because her voice so irritates me and don’t get me started on her annoying character. I say good riddance and make her death a good one because that is what we missed out on when Grey’s Anatomy got rid of the Blake, you know Katherine Heigl.
Now as much as I can’t stand Blake’s snotty voice, I have to admit I was able to tolerate in The Private Lives of Pippa Lee so I can understand her wanting to make the move to the big screen. But so far her big screen ventures have proven to be duds. Although I think Green Lantern will do well, it will have nothing to do with her but just because it is a based on a comic book superhero.
So when it comes to her reported request, I hope the writers do it because I so wouldn’t miss her and her voice.
Blake Lively and Penn Badgely better watch out because it was announced today that two of the other real life Gossip Girls couples are no longer dating. First Page Six reported that Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr called it quits after it was rumored she was spotted cozying up to one of his best friends. A source told Page Six, “He immediately ended their relationship on the phone, and Jessica, who denied anything happened with Marco, was so distraught that she flew to London last Friday with just the clothes on her back. She’s been begging Ed to take her back, but he is deeply hurt. He can’t believe that she carried on this way with one of his friends.” But they are not the only real life couple from The CW show to find themselves suddenly single, OK! Magazine is reporting that Leighton Meester and Sebastian Stan have also ended their relationship. The magazine said Sebastian is devastated over their break up, but I am sure he will get over it quickly since he has a role in the upcoming movie Captain America to celebrate!
Since bad things come in threes, I wonder if we will be hearing that Blake Lively and Penn Badgely are no longer together sometime soon???
Just when you thought that The Green Lantern was going to be a good movie because Ryan Reynolds was in the title role, comes word that Blake Lively has signed to play Carol Ferris. According to Heat Vision Carol, “who runs her father’s aerospace company and hires cocky test pilot Hal Jordan (Reynolds), who later becomes the intergalactic policeman Green Lantern. In the comics, the romance became complicated when an alien race bestowed her the power of a crystal called the Star Sapphire.” The role was written for someone older, but yet they cast the Gossip Girl star. I don’t get it because personally I find her voice like nails on a chalk board and her acting is one dimensional. But hey that is me and not the casting agents that keep casting her in roles she is too young to play.
