Anthem Lights get Wicked
March 23rd, 2022 under Anthem Lights. [ Comments: none ]

Acapella band Anthem Lights does mashups of musicians’ songs, year-end wrap-ups, and Broadway and Movie Musicals.

Their latest song is a combination of several of the songs from Wicked. They did such a great job; I think we can all agree that they are Defying Gravity.

Anthem Lights releases their annual mashup of this year’s hits
December 28th, 2021 under Anthem Lights. [ Comments: none ]

A few years ago, I was sitting in my dad’s vet’s office, and I heard a mashup of a year’s worth of hits. I used Shazam, and I found out it was done by Anthem Lights. Ever since then, the year is not over until they sing. And now they have sung the hits of 2021. How many of those songs can you name?

If you are not familiar with their music, then you should check them out. They will amaze you as they amaze me. Their harmonizing and the way they mashup different tunes to sounds as one and their own at the same time is absolutely brilliant.

Anthem Lights released an acapella medley of patriotic songs

There are so many patriotic songs to sing today, but which one to choose? We don’t have to, thanks to Anthem Lights. My favorite acapella band Anthem Lights, along with Charlotte Ave, made a medley of them, and my hand hasn’t left my heart.

Press play and feel the patriotism flow through your body.

It’s a beautiful day thanks to Anthem Lights’ U2 mashup
October 6th, 2020 under Anthem Lights, U2. [ Comments: none ]

There are plenty of musicians who do mashups of songs, but my favorite group is Anthem Lights. I actually discovered them at a veterinarian’s office.

Anyways, they decided to show U2 some love with a medley. Anthem Lights took the Irish band’s songs With or Without You, I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For, Beautiful Day, and Pride (In the Name of Love), and made them one beautiful song.

If you are looking for a tune to make you feel happy today and no longer numb, then you found with this tune.

Were the songs of 2019 really this lame?
December 27th, 2019 under Anthem Lights. [ Comments: none ]

Every year Anthem Lights releases a medley of that year’s greatest tunes. 2019 is no different. The Best of 2019 includes Sunflower by Post Malone and Swae Lee, I Don’t Care by Ed Sheeran, Thank U, Next by Ariana Grande, ME! by Taylor Swift, Never Really Over by Katy Perry, Bad Guy by Billie Eilish, Truth Hurts by Lizzo, Sucker by The Jonas Brothers, Old Town Road by Lil Nas X, Without Me by Halsey, and Shallow by Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper.

Normally, the a capella group makes beautiful music. However, even this time around, they couldn’t do it. Hopefully, 2020 will give us better singles for the band.
