Skippy the Fleeceless Lamb who needs a wool sweater!
April 28th, 2016 under Animals. [ Comments: none ]

When Skippy was born less than two weeks ago, the lamb was born without a wool coat. So his owner Sally-Ann Fisher told BBC that she gave him one to keep him warm at night. Even tough Skippy’s mom abandoned him, she says he is doing great.
While his biological mom didn’t give a sheep about him, his woolless mom is taking really great care of him. Which is very nice, but then again looking at Skippy’s sweet face, how could you not take care of him?
Oh and I guess you can say he is a sheep in wool’s clothing!

Busch Gardens welcome 2 baby sloths!
April 21st, 2016 under Animals. [ Comments: none ]

Busch Gardens in Tampa, Florida is the proud new parents of two baby sloths. Hoffman was born on March 24th and Linnaeus was born 9 days later.
The two are currently nursing, one by human hand and one by her mom, and when they are ready they will make their debut at the park in a few weeks.
The two are not brother and sister, so hopefully we will be reading about their babies in a few years. They are so close in age, they have to mate and make more cute sloths. Right?

Look it is a dog with braces!
March 1st, 2016 under Animals. [ Comments: none ]

A Golden Retriever’s teeth were so bad that he had to get braces. The six month old was not able to eat or play with his toys, and this should fix that problem so he can be a happy and healthy puppy.
Harborfront Hospital for Animals‘ Dr Moore is known as a Doggie Dentist, so he gave Wesley a metal mouth to correct the problem. While I had to wear those things for 2 years, the pooch had them put on February 19th, and he is expected to get them off sometime this week according to ABC News. Everything is shorter in dog years. Not only that, canines seem to like them better than us because look at the smile on his face. I don’t think I ever smiled when I had them on. Did you?
But back to Wesley, if he is this arfdorable with braces, I can’t wait to see what he looks like without them. All the bitches will be going crazy for the stud!

Watch this elephant Moonwalk!
February 19th, 2016 under Animals, TV News. [ Comments: none ]

Good Morning America is taking a Safari in South Africa this week and TJ Holmes made a new friend. That new friend is a 3 ton elephant name Chova. Chova is being trained to sniff out killers, so that him and his buddies won’t be killed by poachers. Hopefully it works because we need to keep beautiful creatures like him in this world. Especially ones that can Moonwalk as well as Michael Jackson.

Cats and dogs greet their returning military masters differently
February 18th, 2016 under Animals. [ Comments: 5 ]

via The Ellen DeGeneres Show
When soldiers, who have pets come home from service, they can’t wait to see their four legged friend. When dogs see their masters, they jump and kiss and basically show their best friend how much they missed them. But when cats are reunited with their owners, they could care less. It is like you left me, so I have moved on. But if you feed that cat for a few weeks, they will once again show you affection…when they are hungry.
