Avan Jogia has spent most of his life in the public eye thanks to Victorious and Twisted. Therefore, people know his face.
On Wednesday, he will be back on television in the sexy murder mystery 56 Days with Dove Cameron. So Prime Video wants to get the word out about its premiere.
How are they doing that? They put ads all over a restaurant, and the actor decided to check it out.
You would think with his mug all over the place that someone would recognize him, at least for the Nickelodeon show. But no one seemed to notice him. Boy, will they regret that after they watch his new series. He is no longer Beck Oliver; he is now a man as Oliver Kennedy!
Back in 2023, we fell in love with Jury Duty. So much so that Prime Video wasted no time and picked it up for a second season. However, since the announcement, crickets.
That is, until now. Today, we learned what the scenario will be for the poor, unfortunate soul who is not the actor amongst them all.
Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat is a documentary-style comedy that captures a corporate offsite event at a family-owned hot sauce company from the perspective of Anthony, a recently hired temporary worker. Unbeknownst to Anthony, the entire experience is staged, every colleague around him is performing a role, and each moment – whether in conference rooms or during downtime – has been meticulously orchestrated. As the founder prepares to step down, the getaway transforms into a clash between big corporate ambitions and small business values, with control of the company hanging in the balance.
Please rise for season 2 on March 20th, with three episodes. The streamer will drop two episodes the following week and the final three the week after that.
Do you ever wonder what would happen if a Disney and a Nickelodeon child star got together when they grew up? Now we know, one of them would die. Which one? That is what we will find out in the erotic thriller 56 Days.
56 Days follows Oliver (Avan Jogia) and Ciara (Dove Cameron), who, after meeting randomly in a supermarket, fall for each other fast, and dangerously hard. Fifty-six days later, homicide investigators arrive at Oliver’s apartment to find an unidentified body – brutally murdered and intentionally decomposed. Did he kill her? Did she kill him? Intercutting between an intense single day in the present investigation, and the twisted trajectory of the young lovers’ affair in the past, the series is both a unique crime story and a riveting, sexy, psychological thriller.
All ten episodes drop February 18th on Prime Video.
We have known for months that this upcoming season of The Boys will be the last. But we didn’t know when we are going to see the final episodes. Today, Prime Video told us when the final fight between Homelander and Butcher starts to take place on Prime Video.
In the fifth and final season, it’s Homelander’s world, completely subject to his erratic, egomaniacal whims. Hughie, Mother’s Milk, and Frenchie are imprisoned in a “Freedom Camp.” Annie struggles to mount a resistance against the overwhelming Supe force. Kimiko is nowhere to be found. But when Butcher reappears, ready and willing to use a virus that will wipe all Supes off the map, he sets in motion a chain of events that will forever change the world and everyone in it. It’s the climax, people. Big stuff’s gonna happen.
Season 5 debuts with two new episodes on April 8th, with a new episode dropping every week until the series finale on May 20th. The season premiere cannot come soon enough, but the finale can. I don’t want this show to end.
Upload changed everything up in the season 3 finale, so we have been patiently waiting to see what happens next. Today, Prime Video announced that the final season will start streaming on August 25th.
In the four-part series finale event, sentient AI rapidly turns evil, threatening to wipe out Lakeview (and the world!). On top of greedy executives, lingering mysteries, plus heartbreak in VR and IRL, our characters are tested like never before. The only way they can get through it all and save humanity from deletion is by teaming up one last time.
Do you think you know how it is going to end from the description? We will find out in 49 days?
