Dean McDermott is ending the year embracing someone else? So is his marriage to Tori Spelling over? Nope, the still married couple took their four kids to Merry Grinchmas at Universal Studios Hollywood. While there, Dean posed with the star himself and we got this sweet photo.
Tori Spelling posted her holiday card on Instagram and said, “So in love with our family’s holiday card!!!”
Here is why I find it contradictory. For the last few months we have been hearing about her marital woes with Dean McDermott. In fact, doesn’t she have a reality show on Lifetime based on that? So then I have to wonder why is she sending out a card that reads “Happy Holidays” with her family looking like a loving one? Why not say “Season’s Greetings? instead of using the word happy when every other week all we hear about is that her marriage is over?
I mean, it could just be me reading too much into it, but then again I’ve been inundated with her marriage problems ever since Us Weekly reported that her husband reportedly cheated on her.
Dean McDermott has poured his heart out time and time again on Lifetime’s True Tori, but he told Access Hollywood‘s Billy Bush he can’t do it anymore. Spelling’s husband said, “I’m not going to continue with the show.” Then he added, “We have five more shows left… I can’t do this anymore. I can’t keep opening a vein, opening my soul and sharing my feelings and thoughts and demons with the world.” Even from just watching the clip above from last season, you can totally understand why he won’t be doing the show anymore. I don’t know how he was able to do it as long as he did.
McDermott admitted the show hasn’t been all bad, he has a learned a lot from it.
Bush also asked him about Tori’s mom Candy, and he said that he only sees her about 8 times a years for holidays and birthdays. Then when he was asked if his wife got any money from her father’s huge estate, he said “In my recovery, all I can be is honest and no. No. There’s no financial help.”
Finally, McDermott told the host that he believes his marriage will survive his cheating scandal. Now the question is will True Tori survive without him? I don’t see how it can, can you?
True Tori is back on Lifetime tonight, but Tori Spelling couldn’t do press for it because she is in the hospital. Just because she is confined to a hospital bed, doesn’t mean she wouldn’t find a way to let the world know about her show. So she took a picture with a face mask, wrote the name of the show on it and posted the photo for the whole world wide web to see.
She might be down, but the 90210er is definitely not out for the count.
Tori Spelling Instagrammed a photo of her two oldest kids selling lemonade and snacks for humans and dogs. I guess now that Liam and Stella are 7 and 6, it’s about time they started earning their keep.
Actually, it was just the siblings having some summer fun. Just like other kids their age, and they are looking just as cute as all the other children who work a lemonade stand.
