Seriously? OMG! WTF?

Katie Holmes came out for the premiere of Boulevard at the Tribeca Film Festival and her hair looks like it walked the Boulevard and back. The actress whose hair is normal perfect, found her locks to be anything but yesterday. It looks like either the wind won the battle or she just finished one in bed. What do you think of her messy coif? Better than normal or someone needs to calm than mane ASAP?
