Britney Spears has entered rehab, the singer's manager Larry Rudolph, confirms to PEOPLE. "Britney Spears has voluntarily checked herself into an undisclosed rehab facility today," Rudolph says in a statement. "We ask that the media respect her privacy as well as those of her family and friends at this time." The latest news caps off a wild holiday weekend for the pop star, who shaved her head, got two new tattoos and was spotted partying in West Hollywood over the last several days. UPDATE: Her manager Larry Rudolph called into Ryan Seacrest's show on E! (E! News) and said that she checked into undisclosed treatment facility yesterday. He also said it was her decision to go and she is doing great. Rudpolph also said she wants some to rest, get better and focus on her recovery. Tune into E! at 7p est to see what else he says.
