BLINK-182 bassist MARK HOPPUS has backed TOM DELONGE’s recent speculation the punk trio will never reform by revealing details of his new band. The rocker’s new project, featuring former bandmate TRAVIS BARKER on drums, is called PLUS 44 and a debut album is tentatively scheduled for October (06). Of the new record Hoppus says, "At first we had the idea that it would have a lot of electronic influences. "But then we bought this studio and after we moved the band into here, the whole vibe changed. There’s all kinds of stuff going on."

I love Blink 182 and I hope this not true. When they need they need the money they will be back. But sadly for the time being they are having successful solo careers.
