Three years ago, we fell in love with Pizza Rat. We have not heard from him in a while, so he has been replaced by NYC’s newest mascot. Meet Egg Roll Squirrel. He is nuts for the Chinese appetizer and we are nuts for him.

I wonder what animal will eat what New York City delicacy next?
