Last week, NBC picked up New Amsterdam for a full season and today they did the same for Manifest. Instead of getting the traditional 22 episodes, they will only be doing 16. Which I think is a smart decision. Even though I would love 22, I think it is better if they do a shorter run so that they don’t over exhaust the story. Something that has plagued shows like this in the past.
When it comes to the mystery show, I can tell you that Monday’s episode is the best one since the pilot. We find out what happened to the people who were not on the plane during those 5 years their loved ones were thought dead.
