Seriously? OMG! WTF?

Kim Kardashian has been posting a lot of photos on Instagram that leaves very little to the imagination. When I say little, I mean very little, because we can see how thin she is now. That is why I find it hard to believe she is really eating the cake that she was photographed putting into her mouth. Do you believed she swallowed? Or do you think she spit?
