File this under people need to get a life. According to Chicago Sun Times' WFLD's morning show anchor Mike Barz is rumored to have been suspended for dirty dancing at an after work party with a co-worker.

While attending a going-away party for a production assistant the previous Friday night, Barz was seen with a female staffer engaged in what was described as "dirty dancing." The staffer has not been identified.

"A lot of alcohol was consumed that night, and it looked like what Mike and his partner were doing was clearly consensual," one source said. "But it did happen."

Another source called Barz' impromptu dance fling "a joking thing — just sophomoric frat-boy kind of stuff."

As word of the incident began filtering back to the station, other employees complained about Barz' conduct to human resources officials, leading to an investigation and at least two meetings with top management.

Rumors are also suggesting that besides being suspended that the married with children anchor will have to go to behavioral counseling. Seriously, all the people who complained need to have a really good bang because that is nothing. So what he dirty danced at a part with a co-worker. It is not like he did a Tommy Lee. If they can't handle someone dirty dancing then they need to get out of the business and work somewhere a little more safe like a library.
