In 2010, Adam Sandler decided it was time for him and his friends to become Grown Ups. Three years later, they did it again.
But then they became kids again. Now, 13 years later, they are ready to be Grown Ups for a third time. So they broke bread and began filming the sequel for Netflix in New Jersey.
Sandler will once again be joined by Kevin James, Chris Rock, David Spade, Rob Schneider, Maya Rudolph, Maria Bello, and Salma Hayek Pinault.
What can we expect from the movie? According to Tudum, “Now that their kids are all grown up, the gang is finally free to go on the ultimate adventure.”
On that note, they did not say how they will honor the late Cameron Boyce, who played Sandler’s son, but I am sure he will find a heartfelt way, just like all those he lost between Happy Gilmore sequels.
