There is a staffing shortage of law enforcement officers, so the police department in Duluth, Georgia, found a way to be fully staffed.

At least for one day. What is it? Their idea is, “Friendly reminder: Every cop costume comes with a mandatory shift this Halloween!”

I love it! The Kid Kops can get candy before they search the house of the suspect. Although would getting candy be considered a bribe? If so, I don’t think it would be illegal!
